酒店回复: Mami, I am very sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced. We actually upgraded you to our parlor suite that had an additional room, as well as a sofa bed. We are in the middle of a full renovation of our property that has been posted on all websites so that our guests are made aware of what is happening at our hotel so they can make an informed decision on if they want to stay with us. We did have to shut the water off to the building for 2 hours, as with in construction project unexpected emergency's happen. We do hope the next time your travels bring you to the Carmel area you will choose to stay at our new beautifully renovated hotel.

Great hotel staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job in tending to the rooms every day. It’s a great location to stay if you are in town playing at Grand Park for any sporting event. The diamonds were about 12 minutes away by car. There is also a Starbucks right across the street if you need your morning coffee fix.

酒店回复: Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. The room you booked was a handicapped accessible room, and that is why it had a roll in shower and a lower shelf to hang clothes in the closet. We do hope the next time you are in the Carmel area you will choose to stay with us again!

我们提前近三个月预订了一间双人大床房，结果却被安排成了一间双人房。至少经理打电话说给我们打了折扣。咖啡机坏了，不得不换了一台。第二天，他们又把整个酒店的供水断了大约3个小时。所有卫生间都坏了！他们没有诚意联系我们（事发时我们不在，但手机上没有电话和短信——回到房间后才发现），也没有道歉。酒店正在大规模施工，根本不应该接待客人。

房子正在施工，我们事先并不知道。只有四楼对客人开放。房子就在电梯旁边，而且当时的装修费用太高了。我们知道需要装修，但我们确实多付了钱。很失望
对香味敏感
清洁用品闻起来像廉价古龙水。我的房间臭气熏天！我甚至无法想象那香水里到底有什么化学物质——太难闻了。
