My wife and I were greeted at the front desk on Friday, November 28, 2025 with a friendly smile and enthusiastic employee. I believe his name was Chris (not sure) but he made us feel very welcome and went out of his way to ensure our room was clean and ready! He is a great asset to the Hilton family!! The location of your hotel was very close to my family whom participated in the Nutcracker. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to everyone who helped make our stay a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations!!

Wonderful property! My only complaint would be that the shower gel dispenser was empty. Luckily we had brought a bar of soap. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice. Comfortable bed/pillows. I would definitely stay again or recommend. Jessica was very helpful before and during our stay. Sayde was also very helpful. We appreciate everything. Lovely hotel.

酒店正在装修，餐厅空间不如将来那么宽敞。虽然有很多施工，但他们还是尽量降低了噪音。床很舒服。微波炉太高了，我没法用。它应该放在低一点的架子上。所有员工都非常友好，乐于助人。餐厅的接待员和服务员都非常友好，非常乐于助人。
正在进行的升级改造非常不错。
房间很干净，每天都有人来，这点太棒了！由于施工，一些服务有所欠缺，例如没有商务办公室。泳池和热水浴缸区域很干净，但装修需要升级。淋浴间对于普通体型的成年人来说有点狭窄。床太硬了，醒来后背酸痛。房间和走廊的设计很美观。电梯由于施工而变得杂乱，应该清理干净并安装新的防护装置。工作人员友好且乐于助人。很高兴每天晚上都有客房清洁服务。
我们提前近三个月预订了一间双人大床房，结果却被安排成了一间双人房。至少经理打电话说给我们打了折扣。咖啡机坏了，不得不换了一台。第二天，他们又把整个酒店的供水断了大约3个小时。所有卫生间都坏了！他们没有诚意联系我们（事发时我们不在，但手机上没有电话和短信——回到房间后才发现），也没有道歉。酒店正在大规模施工，根本不应该接待客人。

一切都很棒，只是电梯正在装修，看起来摇摇晃晃的。衣柜里没有扶手，也没有衣架可以挂衣服。
房子正在施工，我们事先并不知道。只有四楼对客人开放。房子就在电梯旁边，而且当时的装修费用太高了。我们知道需要装修，但我们确实多付了钱。很失望

清洁用品闻起来像廉价古龙水。我的房间臭气熏天！我甚至无法想象那香水里到底有什么化学物质——太难闻了。
