Most of the food was good. Eggs a little watery. Rooms clean but stairs were a bit dirty and they had just painted and there was tape left on the door frames. Overall a good facility

Selected this property because it was near family, convenient, and quiet. Clean property and great breakfast.

It was great. The staff was fantastic. The bed was uncomfortable though. Breakfast was amazing.

Clean. Needs a good update though. Tv worked but could not watch anything. It kept saying there was an issue with service. I tried to call front desk and stopped by as well but no one responded either time. Breakfast was great! Pool/hot tub were good but there were only 4 chairs for all the families to share.

We were all happy with the friendly employees and the breakfast was exceptionally good compared to many holiday inns

Terrible check in experience
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this place. We had a long day driving through South Dakota, and we needed a place to rest.
We wanted a nice place to lay our heads down and continue our journey in the morning. But instead they were not able to check us in and we were forced to drive another 2.5 hours to another hotel.
It was not because of network malfunction or the lack of rooms. Instead it was training deficiency. Where there host does not even know how to log into the computer. Me and several guests had to call Holiday Inn Express Corporate for him to try and get support.
This was a incredibly unexpected experience, especially considering IHG brands hotels are usually consistent. The Corporate service was also quite lack luster, and the bad quality communication with their reps, passive aggressive attitude, and inadequate support completely shattered my perception of the Holiday Inn Express brand.

There seems to be several individuals that need more training in their field.
