I did not got room service twice and I have to stay in mess and even I asked for room service and lady at front not provided. I am not a big fan of Hilton properties any way and this stay is terrible and I very unhappy with this location. I have to visit this location for my corporate meetings and I will stay in Martiot properties in future.

We liked the way the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedding was nice with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The fridge was not small. The parking convenient and you could get into building at several locations. Two small problems: no safe and ran out of bathtub slip mats. Otherwise was a great value

The first room we were given the A/C wasn’t working so we got moved. The A/C was better but still not great. Other than that it was ok

Facilities were generally clean and well kept. Staff was hard to find at times - front desk phone went unanswered late evening. Breakfast buffet was excellent!!
Very satisfied with the stay. Will consider staying again.

The room we were in was across from the stairwell, the hotel was full of kids in town for a sporting event and they ran up and down the stairs all night slamming the door. We called the front desk soon after checking I, about 6ish, because the light in the bathroom made a horrible buzzing noise. The front desk worker came and checked it, then said she would have to call in maintenance because they were gone for the day but no one ever came. When we checked out in the morning I reminded the front desk about the light and they had no idea what I was talking about.
