I stayed in a suite, and the difference between a Suite and a normal room for this Microtel series of Hotels is a sink.
No dishes, no cutlery, no dish soap, no dish towels, no cookware, no cooking appliances.
What is the point of calling it a suite??? It is a large room, but not a suite. Please update your rooms so people don't get stuck without the amenities they expect when they book a SUITE.

The Staff was inviting and very friendly. Pool, sauna, and Hotub were excellent. Breakfast was delicious
Walmart, Dollar Rama, Giant Tiger, Dollar Tree are all within walking Distance.

Front desk staff at check-in was friendly and helpful. Some other front desk staff I seen, seemed as though they were there to fill a chair, not too friendly and didn't seem to acknowledge you as you passed by.
The room we had was very small. The bed was soft, fairly comfortable for me but my wife thought it was too soft. The cleaning staff did the bare minimum, there was dust on the floor when we arrived and it was still there when we left 3 days later. The second day the cleaner took our face cloth and never replaced it before we left. The room was really dark at night, so much so that we left the bathroom light on all night, with the door opened just a bit, so we could have a little light to see where we were going if we got up during the night. Would be a good idea to put night lights by the bathroom for that purpose, be cheaper on electricity that way.
The breakfast was good, warm selection every morning. The breakfast area was very clean and I seen the young lady cleaning regularly.

The room was small but well laid out with everything you could need. The pillows were quite large and bulky. They really weren't comfortable, and prevented us from sleeping for the most part. The "party room" is in the same open area as the guest services desk immediately when you walk in the front door. At check-in time the party room was in use for a kids birthday party and it made it difficult to hear when checking in. The guest services guy checked us in without any problems but he didn't explain what he was doing with my credit card on a prepaid room, didn't say anything about WiFi, pool hours, dinner service or breakfast. Overall not a bad place to stay just don't expect welcoming or informative staff.
