Both the pool pump and hot tub pumps are “down” at the same time? The whole reason I choose to stay there. Was a real let down.

酒店回复: We apologize that the pool and spa were down during your stay with us. I understand that you may be frustrated with this and we understand that completely. Unfortunately on Sunday our chlorine pumps power supply gave up and we needed replacement which was just installed this morning. Without this pump the pool and spa are not receiving adequate chlorine and acid rendering it unsafe for guest use. We never take any chances when it comes to the safety and well being of our guests and would not risk this. Closing the pool facilities is something that happens very rarely and we work tirelessly to ensure that it remains safe and operational for our guests. We do not shut it down for no reason.We contacted our electrical company to diagnose and order the parts first thing on Monday morning. We had it over-night shipped and installed first thing today. We expect the pool to be open by tomorrow morning once the chemicals have the time to balance the water.We apologize once again and appreciate your understanding.

Staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and my room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable

Parking was very difficult as construction had the entrance blocked and was operating late into the evening. Called hotel and staff was helpful in how to access parking lot. Room was listed as deluxe queen but much smaller than pictures seemed.

I stayed in a suite, and the difference between a Suite and a normal room for this Microtel series of Hotels is a sink.
No dishes, no cutlery, no dish soap, no dish towels, no cookware, no cooking appliances.
What is the point of calling it a suite??? It is a large room, but not a suite. Please update your rooms so people don't get stuck without the amenities they expect when they book a SUITE.

The Staff was inviting and very friendly. Pool, sauna, and Hotub were excellent. Breakfast was delicious
Walmart, Dollar Rama, Giant Tiger, Dollar Tree are all within walking Distance.

一切都很好。游泳池和热水浴缸都能正常使用。早餐也不错。酒店很干净。健身区虽然简单，但也够用。
