Extra sofa bed was stained and no sheets on it. Elevator not working when we were going to our room. Had to request new room because the room smelled like sewer. I was surprised because my previous stay was good.

Charge 500 end delivered 100 dollars worth.
Clearly extremely overpriced because the escape concert nearby.
I have managed at a BWS plus and it was below standards.
Could be a I little better. Better bathroom curtains, a sitting chair in the room, working ice machine, refrigerator turned on etc…..
I would not recommend. It was not worthy the higher price to be close to the event.

Not happy!
I've stayed here several times in the past, but the Cobain of the property has deteriorated. The elevator broke down while I was in it. Only trapped for five minutes, but it was concerning when I reported the problem to the front desk and they responded, "Again!" Used the starway for the remainder of my stay. In addition, the room had a strange odor which caused some discomfort. I will probably look elsewher on my monthly business trips to this area.

这是一家非常舒适的酒店，员工出色，停车方便又安全。我带过带封闭的铝制拖车入住，也单独入住过，从来没有遇到任何问题。酒店位置很好找，交通便利，早餐也很棒。大堂的Wi-Fi信号更好，所有员工看起来都非常乐于助人且友好，前台的Heather在我最近两次入住期间更是帮了我大忙。很棒的地方，强烈推荐。

夜班人员非常友好，乐于助人。我们感到宾至如归，感到很舒服。下楼吃早餐时，负责早餐的人，然后看起来像是经理的人，询问了我们的房间号、房间里的人数以及他们的年龄。我们在预订和入住时都注明了这些。我带着一个7岁和一个12岁的孩子。他们向我们保证早餐是免费的，但我们需要在入住免费早餐时确认一下有多少儿童和成人。但还是那句话……早餐不收费，而且没有区分儿童餐和成人餐。这让人很不舒服。就好像我们想“逃避”什么似的。相信我，早餐根本就没有什么特别之处，不值得那些看起来像是管理人员的人询问我们孩子的年龄。
