房间空间真的太惊喜了，我们一行6人入住毫无压力，绰绰有余的活动空间让旅途格外舒心，家具摆放合理，躺卧体验超舒适。酒店卫生状况无可挑剔，环境格外安静，晚上能睡得特别安稳，完全不会被外界打扰。最戳我的是环保设计的香皂，细节处彰显责任，好感度拉满。

服务更是没话说，工作人员热情又贴心，无论咨询出行路线还是需求响应都特别及时，专业又暖心。地理位置堪称黄金地段，离海边超近，步行就能感受海风与阳光；距离出海钓鱼的港口也很近，对于我们这群钓鱼爱好者来说简直太方便，省去了长途奔波的麻烦。

从房间舒适度、服务品质到地理位置，每一项都无可挑剔，整体体验感绝佳。下次来夏洛特港，一定还会选择这家酒店，也强烈推荐给计划前往的朋友，绝对不会让你失望！

It's the nicest hotel my wife and I have stayed at for quite some time. Everything was clean and had a fresh feeling. Breakfast was delicious. As has been said on many reviews, Debi and Liz on front desk are so helpful, professional and friendly. It's the first impression that counts.

Room as very good beds were perfect. But fromt desk was not very helpful and I had to go down to get a plunger with no housekeeping available the first use in the room. And I had to wait for it in the reception area. Only one person there who was bringing back empty luggage card from rooms.
