The hotel was very beautiful and it had great outdoors and indoor pools. They were great and also the food was exellenttt. I must say the best part was the staff, they were so helpful and went on and beyond expecially the staff of reception. Would totally recommend. ❤️

Hotel, rooms, swimming pool, water park, beach, staff, food... everything was great and clean. The food was delicious, everyone had something to choose from, the buffet was constantly replenished, even the Italian chef cooked fresh pasta right in front of us every evening. The rooms were cleaned every day, everything was air-conditioned, there was fast wifi everywhere. The staff was very nice, helpful, smiling. There were a lot of sun loungers with umbrellas and towels and everything was free of charge. Part of the beach was separated only for hotel guests. We were really very satisfied.

Swimming pool is good for kids they had a good time but parking was far from the swimming pools and u where not allowed to go to your car i had to argue with them to let me go get some stuff and i did tell them about the review i was going to write . Restorant was far too and very expensive sorry but not coming back !

Waste of time and money. I was very excited to stay here but was only met with disappointment. Despite the fact that it is a pool and beach resort, I was informed at check-in that the outdoor pool was closing at 6pm. Why they would close the pool so early is still something I don’t understand. I tried to use the indoor pool and hot tub but that was disappointing as well. The area was dirty, with clumps of hair and dead bugs around the hot tub, and dirt in the showers. The hot tub was also cold. There was no staff in the area, so I could not ask anyone to adjust the hot tub temp. My room also left much to be desired. Only two pillows were on the bed and the air conditioning only went down to 24°C. The hot room made it impossible to sleep, and I seriously considered leaving at 2am to find a more suitable hotel. There was also no information page in the room with information about the amenities; basically you have to memorize what the front desk tells you at check in or go out of your way to call/visit them. Lastly, when leaving in the morning, I waited at the gate for about five minutes before security opened it. Yet, he saw I was there the entire time but was too busy having a conversation with another employee to just push the button on the remote. Overall, I was extremely disappointed. What is advertised as a luxury hotel barely meets subpar standards.

Ostentations, absolutely "over-the-top" accommodation. Trying to be a plush European resort, but failing in all respects. Other than customer service, which was great. The staff tried their best.
