Great service - a last minute booking due to a mixup in our travel plans and they still managed to get us three rooms side by side while hosting MANY young hockey families for a tournament that was happening. All the people at front desk were so friendly and smiling during a busy weekend with a snowstorm to boot! Oh and also - real comfy beds!

我的门禁卡无法使用，重新配钥匙后门也打不开。我进去的时候，看到两只老鼠在一楼乱窜。停车场没有划线，车子排了三排，中间的车都被堵住了。地板很脏，门上有标记，后翼入口看起来也很不安全。
我至今仍未收到100美元的押金。前台告诉我需要7-10个工作日。收到退款后，我将很乐意给你们写一篇正式的评价。
空调/暖气噪音太大，我们想睡觉时不得不关掉它，否则温度会很不舒服。卫生间很小。房间里没有微波炉。
价格过高，令人非常失望。
这家酒店极其破旧，亟需维修、升级，而且员工也需要真正了解客户服务。
