Please know that it was never his intention to come across as rude or ignorant. At the time of your check-in, we were experiencing an unexpectedly high volume of guests due to a highway closure, and he was managing a very busy situation with multiple check-ins and phone calls coming in at the same time. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we truly regret that it impacted your stay. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will work to ensure our team is better equipped to handle such busy times with more patience and understanding. 房间有点旧了/房间装修有点过时了
Golden有很多酒店可选，这一家算比较普通的。房间里床品感觉不太干净的样子，睡着不太舒适。房间也感觉比较潮湿，拥挤。早餐品种非常少。周围餐饮方便。没有电梯。
总的来说，这是一个还过得去的地方。有很多设施，比如带滑梯的泳池和热水浴缸，虽然不是特别干净，但也足够用了。床很舒服，地板感觉也挺干净的。洗澡几乎没有热水。早餐不怎么惊艳，但很方便，也还行吧。
要不是比较便宜，真不推荐，很差！反正路过住一晚。比我们住过的同品牌其他地方的差👎

这是一家二楼的汽车旅馆，没有电梯，停车位有限，因为低层停车场就在他们房间门前。空调的声音听起来像一辆半挂卡车上坡，我们打开窗户时，发现我们的房间前面停着一辆大型卡车。倒车时，整晚都在嘟嘟嘟地响。这绝对不是一个美好的夜晚，我们习惯称之为“旅行道奇”
预订真不走心。这个地方需要大规模升级，甚至可能需要重建。设施是1960年代的风格，门锁升级了，其他方面都一样。因为靠近班夫，所以收费过高。淋浴根本停不下来。右转是滚烫的热水，左转是冰冷的热水，中间没有中间的。这不是水管工做的。尽量避免。
虽然Golden是横加公路的繁忙中转站，也是加拿大太平洋铁路的枢纽，因此比较吵闹，但Travelodge酒店却非常安静，值得推荐（酒店客人对睡眠质量的不重视，这不能怪酒店）。这里是游览班夫国家公园的理想基地。对于Travelodge酒店来说，早餐还不错。工作人员非常友好。
我在卡尔加里和埃德蒙顿只花了一半的价钱，而且那两个城市的房间舒适得多。
这家Travelodge的早餐非常普通。
277美元就住这儿，我绝对不会推荐。
为我们办理入住的工作人员极其粗鲁无礼，对我本人、在我办理入住时前来查看空房情况的另一位顾客以及后来开车过来的工作人员都如此。
不会再来了。
