Breakfast was limited but ok minimal seating , staff friendly ,room was fairly clean , hotel was noisy, lot of running around making noises in the hallway, heating vent noises all night long banging noise from other floors like cleaning staff moving furniture

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean except for the commode which needed cleaning under the rim. breakfast and parking were very good.
The heating and air unit is getting old and could use an upgrade.

When I arrived, the clerk and then the manager insisted that they had to write down my name and credit card number on a piece of paper (torn from a notebook) as a means of collecting the security deposit because their “system was down”. I strenuously objected and offered to leave a $100 bill with my name attached until we checked out and they could inspect the room, but they said without the credit card number, I simply wouldn’t be able to check in. Since there are very limited other lodging options in the area and I had pre-paid, I finally relented. I will now have to closely monitor that account for the remainder of this trip and request a new card once I’m home.
I don’t think they were bright enough to realize that their “system is down” because their internet is out. There was no internet access for the duration of the stay.
Additionally, they had assigned us to a room on the second floor where they were performing repairs on the roof just outside the window and directly above our room.
The inside of the lobby and the rooms look nothing like the photos.

Our first room had an odour and the sgower curtain rod was about to fall down. After being asked to move the second room we were given also had an odour to it but the bath tub and tub surround were dirty. Shelving in the shower was covered in dark icky soap scum. We have stayed here a few nonths ago without issue but we hears that there were new owners. Will not stay here again.

浴室有一些小问题,包括马桶座圈上有一小块永久性污渍,我确信清洁人员已经消毒过了,但看起来很不舒服。水槽排水不畅,少量水需要大约5分钟才能排出,这在刷牙的时候真的很不舒服。半夜马桶的管道出了问题,链条/翻板阀没有安装到位,导致马桶一直流水。幸运的是我知道如何修理,而且自己动手修好了,但过程并不愉快。最后,我发现一条毛巾上有污渍。同样,我确信它已经清洗干净了,但应该停止使用。
如果酒店能改进一下他们的“插头”设计就好了,这样我们就能像酒店里常见的那样,用灯具底座给手机和iPad充电。为了把充电器插到墙上,我们不得不把床头柜拉出来,而且墙上只有一个插头,我们不得不轮流用。
一切都很好,但浴室需要维护。另外,正如大家提到的,早餐室太小了,没有足够的空间容纳所有人。
我在这家酒店住了几十年,很遗憾它现在破败不堪。浴缸不错,但淋浴杆被粘住了,根本没法洗澡。大电视也不错,但不能用。
