We had a very good comfortable stay. The staff were all excellent, helpful, curteous and chatty. The health club and swimming pool on site were a welcome addition.

工人们早上有点吵……七点半就开始施工了。

这家酒店很棒，员工热情友好，环境/房间也很干净。早餐有点简单，但也能应付。总的来说，这是一次非常愉快的住宿体验。
虽然只住了一小会儿，但员工非常棒，房间也很好——很干净，看起来像是刚装修过的。
非常棒的经典英式酒店，还对狗狗很友好，这对我家的德国牧羊犬来说非常方便。

四星级？要是有电的话！
床很舒服，也算干净。结果醒来发现房间里完全没电。电话也打不通，因为电话是要电的。只好用手电筒穿衣服，房间里的所有设施都用不了。我跟前台说了，他们也知道停电的事，但一点儿补偿的意味都没有，也没有任何补偿的迹象。可惜我是出差来的，没时间跟他们争论，因为在漆黑的房间里折腾了半天，已经迟到了。
糟糕透了
整栋楼冷得要命。我们房间的浴室也冷得要命。天花板上到处都是蜘蛛网。电视遥控器坏了。我们要求更换，但没人理睬。我去酒吧给我妻子要了一杯水，竟然被收了3英镑！！！
