The hotel is clean and has good breakfast. However the room we stayed was at the end of the building and we could hear some people talking and laughing in the lobby or in another room at night.

Close to the beach and a short drive to Point Pelee National Park. Very nice hotel.
However, the free breakfast was terrible. Luckily there were options close to the hotel.

Our room was very clean and comfortable.
The area is very nice, only a few minutes walk to the Seacliff beach, which was under construction but can still walk in. There are a lot of fast food places but they close at 8pm and then only drive thru service.
The only disappointment was the breakfast ($7.50), which consisted of bland eggs and frozen meat patties, bread, hot waffles and cold cereal. the juices were great though.

New and spotless. Tons of easy access charging ports! Quiet fridge. Microwave. Friendly and helpful staff met all my needs. Tons of parking. My room was at the back and short walk to the car, which was helpful. Travelling alone and I felt totally safe. I didn’t get their breakfast but did use their breakfast room to toast my own breakfast and use their hot water to make my own drip coffee. Not an attractive site, but super convenient. Five minutes or less walk to shoppers drug mart, subway, Starbucks, Walmart, and many others. Gorgeous drive to Point Pelee along the water if you find the route by the marina! I spent three nights here and went to the park each day. So perfect to have a short drive back to the comfy hotel to relax and reorganize for the next day! It was a dream for a hotel not on the water. The only thing i didn’t love was the air system because the fan was noisy and constantly running. I don’t love AC and it wasn’t too hot so I just shut off the system and I was perfect, but maybe too hot for others. Can’t wait to come back in the spring!

Comfortable bed. Took our bikes to ride to Point Pelee National Park. Had to lock our bikes in the stairwell. They were safe but I would have preferred a different option. Couldn’t find the shampoo and conditioner. They were hidden behind the shower curtain. Very noisy air conditioner that startled me every time it turned on in the middle of the night and therefore did not have a good sleep.

In the future we do allow you to store your bikes in our secure CCTV monitored staff room so I apologize if they did not offer you this option. As for the bulk amenities - in keeping with environmentally friendly and Green Key certified practices we no longer have the little bottles of shampoo & conditioner as is the case with most major hotels these days so not sure where you were expecting those amenities to be other than in the shower.
