The room was amazing—spacious, comfortable, and designed with a luxurious dark classic vibe that made my husband and I not want to go anywhere else. The pool was clean and the water didn’t sting our eyes at all. There were a few dry leaves in the pool, but nothing major. The service was absolutely the best. I chatted quite a lot with Kak Dila, who helped arrange a simple honeymoon decoration in our room, free of charge. Super sweet! The only downside was the security; he wasn’t very attentive when my husband was carrying a lot of stuff and had to go up the long stairs in the drop-off area. The café was also really cozy for hanging out and having coffee. We were served by Regina, who was very friendly (and gorgeous!). The only issue was the coffee cup—the handle was too small, so my elegant fingers wouldn’t fit properly, making it hard to hold the cup the right way. And the best of the best? The cleanliness. Seriously, everything was spotless. Overall, a great experience. Will we come back? YES!!! And we’ll definitely bring our big family with us next time.

!!!WORST HOTEL EVER!!! If you easily impressed then come to this hotel and experienced it yourself! The time i arrived at 16:00, he told me to wait 20 minutes for the registration but for someone who also who work at the hotel, i knew the room wasnt ready. 2 first hours from the checkin time was hell because the air condition work so bad that i need to go downstairs to find fresh air. Decided to ordered food at the restaurant and it took them forever to serve the food, and it was awful. Rug was so dirty, bedsheet and low quality duvet and not to mention all of the stains, Cracked furniture, and half opened sugar sachet. The main problem here is, i CAN’T take a bath, wash my teeth or flush the toilet because THERE WAS NO WATER. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF HAVING A BEAUTIFUL INTERIOR but you can’t even give comfortable for your guests? I feel pity for the staff because they have to deal with all complained guests towards your hotel. Shame on you Sofia.

在日惹,这是唯一一家面积达40平方米,价格却如此亲民的酒店(性价比非常非常高)。

晚上很晚才到,总体来说是不错的,酒店装修很有品味,卫生都做的不错,前台服务员也很nice,交通也比较方便。

大堂装饰精美——时尚而不失温馨。就连椅子的摆放也让一切都显得优雅。拍照也很棒!我们的房间非常宽敞,浴室的金色装饰也让人感觉奢华。真正让我感动的是房间里的咖啡机——而且不是普通的咖啡,而是高品质的咖啡!我很喜欢这个小细节。工作人员非常棒。即使深夜,他们仍然热情友好,乐于助人。其中一位甚至帮我们拍照,并且知道酒店周围最佳拍照地点的确切位置——太喜欢了!酒店后面还有一个游泳池和一家餐厅。
很棒的酒店,糟糕的前台接待。我不知道他们招聘前台接待员的要求是什么,但态度好、礼貌、乐于助人、诚实绝对不在要求之列。他们不会说英语,态度冷漠,态度粗鲁。他们甚至连毛巾都要收费。(他们只提供一条毛巾。我们要求提供额外的毛巾和地垫,因为他们的卫生间下水道堵塞了,把地板都弄脏了,但女前台坚持要我们额外支付毛巾费用)。这真是太糟糕了。
酒店房间给人的第一印象不太干净,地毯上有很多污渍,门和橱柜也很脏。
不过总的来说,房间很大(就像套房一样),一天结束后很容易放松一下。如果你喜欢古老的皇家风格,比如城堡风格,那么这里的装饰非常独特有趣。
工作人员友好热情。酒店里完全没有蚊子,这点很加分!
