We stayed in a queen suite and were blown away by how wonderful this hotel is. The staff was consistently polite, kind, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The suite itself was spotless, extremely spacious, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Great hotel. Very clean and great staff. Close to mall and many eateries from casual to fine dining. I left a shirt in the room and a week later called. Glad they had it. Highly recommend this hotel for all travelers.

We had a long 3 month stay here due to a fire at our home. This place quickly became our home away from home. Julie, Nikkie, and Brittany along with the other people at the front desk were amazing. It seemed like no matter what I need the answer was yes. And living in a hotel with a 7 year old is challenging but they were so kind and hospitable to our whole family. They even helped out with my daughter's birth scavenger hunt. The breakfast daily was amazing. And the two wonderfully kind ladies who worked the breakfast bar when so awesome! They deserve a raise and kudos. Every day Maria would ask about my daughter and often sent chocolate milk or some other goodie for her. The housekeeping staff were friendly and kind as well. And not only is the staff AMAZING but the room and hotel were always clean and comfortable.

We stayed for 7 days as part of my daughter’s sports tournament. We travel frequently for sports, and this was by far our most pleasant stay of all the various hotel stays we’ve had in the past 4 or 5 months. Impeccably clean room and common spaces, attentive staff, well-stocked breakfast with lots of variety, and unexpectedly, an “evening kickback” menu on some evenings. Very conveniently located, and we actually hated to leave when it was time to travel to our next tournament destination. We will definitely book again when we are back in Louisville again next summer!

My favorite place to stay in Louisville. The rooms are comfortable, super clean and fresh, and the staff always smiling and friendly. The complimentary breakfast and mid-week dinners offer anything and everything you would want. Special thanks to Marie, Malonny and Victor for keeping everything fresh and delicious! I stay at several hotels for business and for vacations with my family. I have stayed at several Residence Inn’s but there is one that takes customer service to a whole new level from the General Manager, Chris, to the dinner host, Victor, and their secret weapon, JULIE who makes sure you are taken care off. I am so very impressed. I am an older female on a strict diet and even tighter budget. Julie made sure I had my gatorade Zero and coke zero in my refrigerator getting cold while I was flying in. That is just one example of their customer service. The night front desk attendant made coffee at 4 a.m. for early risers. If other hotels realized just how important that is, they would DO IT!. The location is perfect in that there are restaurants right outside the door and a safe walking place at the upscale mall next door. The workout room is clean and well equipped. The breakfast covers almost any diet restriction. The evening light supper works well if you do not want to go out for dinner and Victor is the perfect host. The upkeep of the hotel is current. The workers get it when it comes to over the top service and I know that trickles down from above. Congratulations, Chris for impressing me once again!
