The hotel is falling apart and is very smelly. Lots of rust and broken walls. It needs some serious renovating. But I’m giving the 3 stars because the staff was extremely nice and attentive. Both the night and morning staff (specially). The breakfast selection is really good and again I couldn’t give enough compliments to the staff.

Check in wasn't very friendly and they did not mention breakfast or wireless code. The room smelled like mildew and the $25 early check-in for a Hilton Honors member was something I have never heard of.

What a great hotel! The room was clean, staff was super friendly and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in in a hotel in a while! I’d stay here again in a second

作为从奥兰多到迈阿密自驾的过路住宿不错。在主路旁,很容易找到。整体跟Hampton Inn的其他酒店风格一致,只是早餐简单了些。服务人员都很热情
酒店很干净,员工也很友好。但食物低于预期,鸡蛋和土豆都是冷的,只有早上能喝到新鲜咖啡,过了早上就变得不新鲜了。
酒店地理位置优越,去斯图尔特(Stuart, Fl)办事非常方便。
然而,我们的入住体验却不尽如人意。到达时,酒店前台坚称我们没有预订。她告诉我们预订号不属于这家酒店。后来她才承认是自己把我的名字输错了,把姓和名搞反了。我记得她好像叫南希。
房间也没有彻底打扫干净。我和妻子在床头柜抽屉里(圣经旁边)发现了一包吃剩一半的饼干,有图为证。
前台提供的泳池毛巾又薄又软,几乎透明。每个人至少需要四条毛巾才能擦干身体。
作为希尔顿荣誉客会会员,我对这家汉普顿酒店套房提供的服务水平感到非常失望。
干净的酒店,非常适合中途停留,性价比很高。
酒店工作人员非常友好,房间很干净。
