This hotel was absolutely disgusting and filthy. I had to get moved to THREE rooms before I got put in one that looked like a 5 year old didn’t make the bed. This place is dirty and grimy and whoever is on quality control and checking behind the cleaning staff needs to be fired. If this wasn’t booked for me for business I would have left immediately and found a better place to stay.

Pool was probably 40 degrees. Nobody used the pool. Hot tub was out of order. Food is extra. Hilton in name only. Bathroom tub was gross. I booked this place solely for the outdoor pool and hot tub. Disappointing at best.

Aside from the exorbitant rate( $1000 per night) charged during FSU parents weekend, we found this hotel sub par. although Diamond members our room was not cleaned once during our 3 day stay, despite our direct requests. The food at the restaurant was barely acceptable….. greasy eggs and over cooked bacon. But, the greatest grievance we have is that the Fox News channel was disabled on our tv. Every other news channel was readily available, but not Fox News. We found this situation the coup de grace in our disappointing stay.

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly front desk BUT Bazaar Decor, understaffed (requests are completely ignored - never followed through on anything) keys stop working every day, and the restaurant was the absolute worst. DO NOT BUY BREAKFAST BRUNCH! I’ve seen better offerings at a cheap suite hotel free breakfast and they charged $22 a person. Horrible instant grits. Hard, dry overcooked scrambled eggs - if you can wait long enough for them to actually bring them out. Gelatinous bacon, just awful. The hostess/ server was very nice but the cook needs to consider a different profession

No working ice machines in hotel, musty smell in hallways, and first room smelled like a ****** after a smoker convention. Thankfully got a new room but why did housekeeping not correct this before releasing the room? I would give 5 Stars to the buffet attendant

Elevator broken. Sink and bathtub dirty upon arrival to room. Smelled of mildew. Always had to ask for soda for food and beverage credit, couldn’t get any on first day, front desk claimed room was locked and she didn’t have key. They wouldn’t restock sodas. Front desk girl taking smoke break and took forever to come help us.

My wife and I are Hilton Honor members and usually stay at Hamptons. On February 17th after a long day on the road we chose the Hilton Garden Inn, Tallahassee. We dropped off our luggage and went out for dinner at 9:00 pm. When we returned to the room 309, we found that the bed had fresh linen, but the room and bathroom had not been cleaned. The front desk staff offered room 311 which we asked to see first. That room also had fresh linen on the bed but had not been cleaned. We met with the front desk staff again and he explained that the inn "was having problems with the cleaning staff". At that point he offered to credit our card if we wanted to relocate. At 11:30pm we moved to the Hampton Inn in Quincy, 20 miles away. After waiting several days for the card to be credited we called the Garden Inn and were informed they would not honor the night staff commitment and refused to credit. At that point we were frustrated and contacted Hilton Corp staff and complained. After a very courteous review of our information, they decided to refund our stay.

Nice stay on way to college visit. Short drive to FSU. Great being able to check in with my phone. Grabbed quick coffee and breakfast before taking off. Very clean as usual. Always love staying at a Hilton.

Worst hotel experience ever combined with Hilton's complete indifference toward the situation. Time to flush the Diamond status and move on. After a long business day, checked into the hotel, unfolded a towel which was filthy with what appeared to be dried blood. Called the front desk - no answer. Called Hilton customer service and was told a "case" would be opened and someone would contact me within 3 days (?), It's been 5 days and no contact. When I checked out I had the towel in a bag and was told a manager would be contacting me. No one has called and I called Customer Service again today and was told they would take $40 off my $245 stay and give me 5,000 points. Are you kidding me? Customer Service apologized for the "stained" linen and doesn't know why I wasn't contacted. Nasty hotel and deplorable service from both local and corporate standpoint. I tried many ways to resolve this but apparently Hilton prefers a more public approach.

The filthiest hotel room I've ever stayed in. I wish there was a rating worse than "terrible". Filthy carpeting complete with popcorn and other crumbs of food and an assortment of debris on the floor. Just wanted a shower and sleep. Pulled back the shower curtain and there was a 4" long and still very much alive cockroach doing the multi-leg backstroke in the tub. Reported to the front desk without even so much as an apology or an effort to amend the situation. I will NEVER stay at another Hilton Hotel or any of its associated affiliates.
