We have stayed at this hotel a few times when we are flying out of Tampa airport and were satisfied but this time it didn’t seem the same. Check-in was fine, although we were told we were getting an upgrade but not sure that we did. There was an issue with the shower where we could take a bath at the same time as shower.; The drain was not working well. The bathroom sink connection was so loose the handle moved all over the place. It just didn’t feel as tidy as before. The hotel is in such a convenient area I really hope they upgrade it a little in the near future.

After visiting family in the Tampa area, we chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and made for a quick in and out. As Diamond members we've had many good Hilton experiences. But this place was terrible! Cleanliness is extremely important to us but this room gave us the creeps! Rust in the bathroom says poor maintenance and cleaning practices. The little table on the balcony was crusted with dried on gooey stuff and cigarette ashes. The hair dryer was unusable, and even if it was operable, I would be afraid to plug it in since the outlet was not connected to the wall and was very wobbly. A drawer would not stay closed, which made a nighttime tripping hazard. And, we're not used to a micro-mini fridge on the floor. Overall, a horrible room, and we feel dishonored by Hilton Honors!

It's amazing how service and location creates max value from an 'older' property. I would stay that this place was 4 or 5 star in the late 1980's but it's a little older now, just like me. Service was amazing! Check in was amazing, 24 hour shuttle (2 mile radius or to the airport) was amazing. Rooms were well kept. After a snafu in Orlando, I had to go get my niece and DT brought in a rollaway bed for me. I was really impressed from soup to nuts on this stay - and I was acknowledged as a Gold Hhonors member. This stay made me really feel good. I did feel bad when I told my family I wish I booked a hotel on the beach, but I have no regrets staying at this property. 2 long blocks to the airport and tons of meal options within a two mile radius, use the amenities that the hotel offers.

Honestly, where do I start, hair everywhere that’s not ours, i worked In hospitality for many years and know once in a while a stray gets missed or is left in the tub after drying with dust cloths etc this was not that. All fixtures rusty, from the lights to the hinges. Someone’s fake eyelash set stuck to the make up mirror in the bathroom, the exhaust fan doesn’t work which speaks to the rusty elements and the three layers of peeling wallpaper. The grout is beyond repair caulk lines too. I was Told parking would be waived and it was not. I asked After trying to find 273 if there was renovations because of the caution tape and dummy walls that are falling down in the hallway and the front desk agent said no there was a fire because a guest decided to leave a candle burning. 1- then make it look like a construction zone, not the shining. 2- get your act together or go independent. To ask for a premium rate, place a diamond hilton member in the hopefully worst room on the property when you can’t even compare to the hojo at this point is disgraceful. I want My money back, not all of it, as you provided a service but what you deem fair for what was experienced. Also pretty sure it’s illegal to not have locking doors on a hotel room. Check 273 and guests steer clear of property.

I am a Hilton Honors diamond member in this was the last straw. I will no longer stay in Hilton hotels. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in and took pictures just to prove it. The shower had permanent stains, the vanity had a broken leg, cracked ceiling, and a broken off closet door. Do better Hilton this is no better than a slimy motel.

Best service in town, shuttle, front office and restaurant crew always with a smile and best of all they accept pets. Our event went very well the team was on top of our needs. Will be back. The hours of operation of the sports bar was very convenient for our group.

This hotel is a dirty, broken down, maze with terrible customer service. The first room we were in was connected to one filled with what sounded like a dozen drunken 20 somethings playing loud music, yelling, cursing, fighting, and repeatedly trying to open the connecting door...we were in town for a convention with an early call time so we knew this wouldn't work and requested a change. The desk manager was nice but reluctant to look for a change as they were booked for the night. She repeatedly said she would be happy to go up there and I repeatedly explained we couldn't depend on that as we had to be up extremely early the next morning. She eventually found another room and we moved. Thankfully I checked to make sure our credit card information had been transferred as well before we checked out and had the joy of being told multiple times I MUST have used a different card when I checked in because mine wasn't the one tied to our room. That could be because I wasn't, lets call her "Sally Smith" which was apparently the name they had assigned to the room we were in. I'm pretty sure Sally would have ended up paying for our stay had I not checked to be sure our credit information had been taken off of our original room. But lets talk about the rest of the stay... I don't mind an older, well kept hotel. This place is a dump. It appears the management has just given up and is fine with the place falling apart. In our room the toilet seat was a different shape than the actual toilet and over hung the edge, the phone was missing several buttons, there were only two accessible standard outlets (no USB of course), the refrigerator they brought in was so banged up it looked like it had been pulled out of a dumpster (and it was pouring water as it was carried in that spilled all over our luggage and when I pointed this out to the person carrying the fridge he giggled and said "yeah"), the shower was rusty, dripped constantly, and somehow, despite the curtain being closed, managed to spray water out OVER the top of the curtain all over the bathroom. Then there is housekeeping, or the lack of housekeeping. At first I assumed this change to the service only being provided if requested was a company-wide Hilton decision. Nope. We stayed in a Hilton property the following weekend and housekeeping was offered daily. Now, given the pandemic I was ok with no housekeeping for our two night stay. However, the TWO sets of towels provided for a room booked with THREE people wouldn't suffice. And given that there were no hooks or towel rods in the bathroom to hang and reuse a towel, two sets wouldn't have even been sufficient even if only two people were booked into the room. But I digress...as soon as I noticed there were only two towels I poked around one of the missing buttons on the phone until I managed to contact housekeeping to request more towels. I was grilled (and I don't use that word lightly) on why I was asking for "so many" towels. After explaining th
