Great customer service received! Especially from PacMan (driver), Matthew (bartender), the Cuban woman server whose name started with an "M", the Hispanic woman who took care of the breakfast area with the long hair, and the female omelette cook. ALL of them accommodated us with friendliness, helpfulness, and "smiles"!

The staff was nice but they checked in people after peole as we waiting in the lobby for 3 hours. Not one of our 3 rooms apparently were not available. That was just the first partt of the disappointment. The room smelled horrible and they didnt book us in the suite that was paid for. It looked like feces was smeared in the carpet! The food in the restaurant was worst the priison food and the free happy hour drinks were more important then the paying guest. The only thing good about this porperty was the shittle driver Pac man who was funny, engaging and personable.

The front desk staff was completely OUTSTANDING! Anything I requested was handled promptly. I had an issue with my key card and engineering was sent up in less than 5 mins. This is a large hotel too. The breakfast was great. I probably missed the fruit options since I only saw melons and apples as everything was constantly being replenished. The omelette line was long so we decided to get multiple orders for everyone to decrease our elders having to stand for a long time. I was in town to see my favorite cousin’s son play football for USF. He’s the QB and I already know the NFL is interested in him. What a treat to see him live in my VIP seats up close. My favorite cousin and I have kids the same age so he and I are more like siblings. I cannot wait to come back for the playoff games next month as I’m already looking forward to it! Our stay made it that much sweeter!

I liked the airport shuttle, it also takes you to nearby places makes it very convenient. Our driver Mike was the best. Walkable shopping and dining makes it convenient as well. We liked the happy hour drinks, but the snacks could have been better. Some of the front desk staff was rude and seemed bothered by customers. Our room was nice and big. The fridge leaked and the cabinet it was in was rotted at the bottom, you could tell it was an on going issue. the batteries in both remotes for tv were corroded. The maintenance came right away. We will be staying here again in the future.
