Rooms outdated and tv didn’t work. Asked them to change it out and they didn’t even look at it. Or offer a different room. Breakfast waffles were good but eggs were dried out.

Bed was noisy. I did the reserve now and pay at the desk and then was charged the full flat rate instead of what i reserved for after i tried to checkout because “ I did not pay on the app” Overpriced. I would much have preferred to sleep in the hotel right next to this one. Bad Experience over all.

I also noted you are from the U.S. If you booked this on a U.S. website the amount you see is in U.S. $ which is lower than the amount we charge as we accept payment in Canadian $. It's always about the plumbing. Sink was too slow to drain. Shower head was loose in the wall. Staff were great. everything was clean.

房间外有直接通向外门的地方结冰了，还积雪了。我问前台工作人员能不能帮我把门外的人行道铲干净，然后铺上融雪剂。酒店没有铲子，也没有融雪剂/碎石可以用来铺冰。我问他们有没有扫帚可以清扫积雪。他们只有一把半尺长的扫帚，递给我让我自己扫。我不得不问他们至少有没有食盐。他们给了我食盐，但我还是得自己扫。一晚住宿费超过200美元，外加28美元的宠物费。
