We did not get the room as requested during check in. The hotel is presently going through a remodel. Betty, who greeted us, changed the room to fit our needs and put us as far away from the construction as possible. Room is exceptionally clean and very quiet.

The hotel and room was disgusting!! They were renovating construction paper taped to the floor full of dust. It's a safety hazard

Construction is going on due to there was a fire in one of the rooms. Room smells musty due to rhat. You can aee water damage on the wall Drywall is buckling, picture on wall had water damage and still hanging. The property was overbooked and we were suppose to get king bed with balcony and had to get 2 bouble beds with no balcony. Staff is very nice.

The ac didn’t work probably we were sweating in our sleep.
Bed is too hard & pillows are very flat.
Very uncomfortable for the 2 night stay. Wont stay here again. Staff was great tho.

Loved it. Rented 2 rooms with balconies. One had a nice view of the pool and the other one had a view of the front parking lot where you could only see the top of the building. Beds were soft. Rooms clean. No complaints.

Great Staff Nice place
Had a great trip. Was a little further away for the football stadium than I thought it would be. Staff was great. Got locked out of the room and Maintenace had to break the lock to get us in. The lock slipped back when the door shut. Front desk was great and the Maintenace guy was super funny.

进门才发现电视上的欢迎词，还是上一位客人的名字。洗完头，发现房间里怎么找都找不到吹风机，想要打电话给前台请他们送吹风机上来，发现电话不管是按前台还是按Room service，都说没有这个号码，可能房间里的电话太久没用了形同虚设.四人房只有给三份毛巾，然后我们家人用完之后才发现其中一条毛巾上有黑色的污渍好几块， 10点钟左右整理房间的人就会来敲门，停车需要收费，扫QR Code 10块钱，外加税和服务费大概11元。
