Everyone who works there was so friendly. Rooms are clean. The only thing I would say is to check on the shower curtain in room 112. Not a big deal at all.
The late night clerk who checked us in was fantastic. I didn’t get his name. It was on October 2.
Where did you get that bedding??

The overall stay was okay. I experienced an issue when my air conditioning unit quit working overnight. I was awaken due to the warmth and sweat pouring off me. I called the front desk and was told that maintenance should be in around 9am. No other solution was offer, so I asked if I could get a fan. The attendant said that I could get a fan, if I wanted to come get it. Your A/C unit has stopped working in the middle of the night, and I have to get dressed, put on shoes, and come down to the front desk to pick up a fan…then carry it back to the room? I thought that was inconvenient and highly inconsiderate. Later that morning, I had to call back to the front desk (around 10 am) to ask if someone was coming to service the A/C.

酒店回复: Thank you for the feedback and I am sorry that you had an issue with your AC. Due to our staffing levels that evening we were not able to leave the front desk unattended to bring the fan. We do not have maintenance coverage 24 hours a day so the next morning would have been the earliest we could have repaired the issue. Unless told by the guest we should come early AM, normally do not attempt to go into occupied room until after 9:30 or 10 am as people typically are getting ready or sleeping. My apologies for the experience and we will ensure you get some additional Marriott points added to your account. Thank you and safe travels.

Our stay was exactly what we expected from a Marriott property, clean, quiet, and good coffee! I didn’t necessarily love the hallway, carpet or wallpaper, ibut the lighting was nice.

No hot water and very low pressure in our bathroom sink. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Everything was good with the stay and breakfast was great and front desk was also great hospitality but Monday there was a power shortage and I didn’t have electricity in my room for a day and I wasn’t able to study for my class and the ac was out as well so my room was hot for a night but overall clean and great service but wish they could reimbursed me for a day.

the pictures on the website shows a basketball court and I drove with my family for 5 hrs from Miami to this location in Tampa just because of the basketball court. at the Time we arrived the front desk lady told us the basketball court is not existing amymore since two years ago. very dissapoimted

I checked Expedia's website as well as Marriott's and was not able to see a basketball court picture. Other than the no basketball court I do hope you were able to enjoy your stay.
