This setup was perfect. Convention center is approx. 1.7 mi. away, and the staff was great from Amy the Manager to Cody & Dannie at the front desk to the wonderful ladies who made my breakfast so early each morning. I stayed (2) nights, and plan to go back. Don't be afraid to book with confidence. The staff went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable and I am pleased. Semper Fi

Excellent room , friendly service. Offered senior discount. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Clean and comfortable rooms. Knowing the rooms were clean gave me peace of mind. Interior doors were also a plus on safety. I did not get to the pool, but it was indoors. Also provided was a laundry room for guests. I got the idea that the desk clerk would have worked with us even if we had to switch rooms for our stay. The hotel was totally full, but the desk clerk was doing all she could to assist us.

Vacation at Sevierville ii
Wonderful location. Appreciate the size of the handicap room so I was able to use my wheelchair and my walker.
The bathroom was really nice and loved the walk-in shower. Thee drain in the middle of the bathroom floor is dangerous.

We were disappointed in our stay. We have stayed at Hampton Inns all over this country and have been gold and diamond members. We booked a fireplace room but were not told the fireplace is “seasonal” and although there in the room is not able to be used. The next morning we went to breakfast and although we noticed a few room issues- shoddy tile work, floor doesn’t quite meet the wall, toilet needed to be flushed multiple times, the very sticky door required us to pull extra hard to open or close. Apparently the latch bounced open when we closed the door effectively locking from the inside. We notified the front desk and they took out a tool they use regularly to get into the rooms but were unable to open our door, but managed to take off paint in the process. She called someone in telling us 40 minutes, but it was over 60- which he had told her but she lied to us. He was able to open the door but when we expressed displeasure at having been delayed by almost 2 hours at this point, he threatened to charge us with property damage for the damage they inflicted on the door. They finally offered us $50 off the room but for heaven’s sake- just stay somewhere else.

My wife and I stayed 4 days at Hampton Inn Sevierville starting from 16th of June, 2025. They never changed our bedsheet during this period despite our repeated reminders including text messages, making us stay in a very nasty environment after paying a very higher price for the room. Totally disappointed and perturbed on this incident. Avoid this place, they do not care, what they need is your MONEY.

I travel a lot and most of the time book a Hampton Inn. All across America there is a standard that most Hamptons adhere to. Occasionally there is one that is a shame to the name. Now I will say that I addressed my stay findings with Cody the manager and he acknowledged construction updates which do not address the stay issues. First of all, my digital key did not work until the morning of my departure. Aggravating. I don’t want a plastic room key. Second, the bathroom was not clean and my room smelled of staleness and ****. There was no toilet paper holder and the recent painting/trim was poorly done. Furniture was a weird mishmash of orange and burgandy. Pillows were lumpy and awful and the heater was very noisy, keeping me awake until 3Am. Coffee was good and I needed it! Bacon tastes like some manufactured cardboard and politics was playing on the breakfast screen. Cody said he hoped I would return. Prolly not.

I stayed for just one night, but it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming; the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was also very convenient, making it an easy and pleasant stay. I would come back if I’m in the area again.
