What a horrid hotel. It was very dirty. My ADA wife had to walk through the parking lot past orange cones to get into the hotel. The front entrance parking was blocked off for the construction. Our room did not even have a dresser, microwave or refrigerator. This was no 3 star hotel. Rooms on every floor were open at 7pm with construction equipment and materials. It was very dangerous. The smell of building solvents was overwhelming. We checked out after seeing our room and went to the Best Western across the street. I contacted IHG and got little response after 2 days. Just a question then silence. I am done with Holliday Inns and all of the IHG hotels.

The manager AG from Murfreesboro Central Hotel an IHG Hotel was more interested in the money than helping the guests. Yes, I knew the hotel was being upgraded. But how foolish is a manager who refurbishes rooms willy-nilly and not a floor at a time? to put the guests second to your clean up is foolish. Who leaves used toilets in the front drive up and not in the back lot? Who leaves doors open to rooms with saws, grinders and building materials for anyone to wander into, even children. Who blocks off the full parking area at the front of the hotel with cones and orange tape forcing people to figure out how to get past these barriers when the front is the only ADA available entrance. The front parking lot was blocked for 24 hours to repave. There was a way to keep one side open Right or Left but that was not as convenient. Also the stench of the solvents used in the hotel permeated the whole hotel giving me a migraine. This cannot be good for anyone. Even painters wear respirators. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and all the manager AG could say was they listed the renovations and it was prepaid so too bad for me. NO REFUND. This hotel was scary and my wife did not feel safe. There was no microwave or refrigerator and the managers input was the pictures on the web do not show them so I guess do not expect them from this fine establishment.

Nice renovated hotel. Clean beds comfortable and breakfast had fresh cage free eggs. Did have a paint smell since they did just have their grand opening last week.

Everything was wrong with this stay when I checked into the hotel because I had already paid for it and had no choice to go anywhere else because I didn’t have any more money. It would’ve been nice to know that this hotel was under renovations as this hotel was very disgusting trash everywhere sheet rock, dust everywhere. I have asthma and COPD and this was not a good stay as I had to stay away from the hotel most of the time except for sleep because it had me wheezing. Also, I couldn’t even eat my free breakfast because it was sheet rock dust all over the place. Y’all need to do better. Somebody needs to call me 901-219-0300 as I think I should get at least half of my money back.

It is under construction so things are falling apart here. We made reservations a day in advance and when we arrive, NONE of the sheets were washed and the bathroom had a musty and unclean smell. To note, I found some skit marks in my sheets when I arrived. The following picture is attached

Did not use their internet did not use the pool cause.It's closedYou're doing renovations, but still said they were supposed to be a hot breakfast with scramble.Eggs , sauce and bacon and all it was was a very cold and not very good breakfast

I checked in and then left.
The elevator wasn’t working not that big of deal. The bottom of the bath tub was rusty , the toilet wouldn’t flush the closet door fell off on my hand and also had someone’s clothing hanging in it.
I was in town for a funeral for a 21 year old family member. I would love to have a refund. The place is not ready for guest.

The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean. Obviously there were renovations going on, which meant it was a bit of an unusual stay, but it was tolerable all things considered. Only things I wasn't super thrilled about were the lack of cable television (I had to cast YouTube TV using the free wifi) and that the elevator felt very sketchy, almost like it was about to break.
Overall, a good stay, but I hope it will be better after renovations are complete.

Property is undergoing remodeling. Many rooms have no refrigerator, ice bucket, cups, or coffee maker. Hallways are cluttered and dirty. Pool is not in service. Web site does not show any of this.

Check in staff was awesome, we got a double queen room but booked a king suite, construction wasnt their fault but wasnt listed, stuff sitting everywhere couldnt get off the elevator without moving my own furniture around, breakfast option minimum, no coffee in rooms just a microwave with minimal sitting, 1 tv channel that was it, lamps and outlets didnt all work, and wires hanging out of the wall glad we didnt have more than a couple days. Beds were soft
