This hotel was a good value for the price. Breakfast offered a sufficient number of options and is included in the price. Pleasant staff and comfortable facility.

Fire alarm....twice
The stay was fine until 4:00 am, the fire alarm goes off and we have to evacuate immediately. We had to wait fifteen minutes for the fire chief to come turn off the alarm. We go back to bed and ten minutes later, it goes off again. We had to evacuate the building AGAIN. I asked if we could get a discount for the inconvenience and she told me no and laughed at me. I felt strongly that we deserved some type of discount on this stay or a future stay but she tole me she couldn't do anything for me.

I’ll start by saying that I have stayed here every year for more than a decade to see family. This is the 1st time I’ve had a negative experience. I checked in Friday the 6th and was to check out Tuesday the 10th. I checked in, we got our key cards and headed to the room that night. I get a text from my Discover card saying that my $910 had already been applied to my card. Which I thought was odd because the charges usually don’t hit until the end of the stay. But I figured oh ok, maybe things have changed. The next day my girlfriend and I took our showers and were about to get dressed when the door opens and a strange couple enter the room. Luckily we were around the corner and were not seen. They left as soon as they saw our bags in the floor. As I was putting on my clothes to go see what was happening I get a call from the front desk. The lady at the desk asks “were you supposed to check out today?” I said “no. We have this room until the 10th” she says, “ok. Thank you” then hangs up. I go down stairs to show her my room confirmation. She’s says “Oh! I see what has happened. The desk person last night didn’t check you in”. I asked if there is now an issue. She responded with “oh no not at all”. They credited and recharged my card so many times that it hit my cards limit. Then demanded I pay them more by 11pm. I’m 500 miles from home and have no money left. I had to borrow the rest just to make it home. This was only the 2nd day. More problems followed everyday thereafter.

We had been in the motel approximately a hour and a half. Pull back the sheets on the bed and find blood on the pillow case and the sheets. When to front desk to talk to night manager. There was no housekeeper on staff at night. She brought some sheets. After she left I would a blood stain on top of toilet. I talked to manager about getting a refund. She said we couldn’t get a refund because we booked through Orbitz. Worst service and experience ever at a hotel! Never staying at another Hampton Inn.

We did not say you couldn’t get a refund, we gave you the information to call the 3rd party so they could refund your money as you paid them for your stay. Unfortunately that is the only way to receive them when using 3rd party sites. .RMCC even called to verify and agreed you must contact the 3rd party to get your issue refunded.

New facility. Isolated with no food except breakfast. No maid service. Few restaurants around close. Very expensive for what you get.

酒店回复: We appreciate you staying with us. As with all Hampton Brand breakfast is all that is offered l, that is the standard. As far as maid service it is offered. The Hilton standard ever since Covid is every other day service, unless the guest specify otherwise. Other than that I hope you enjoyed your stay and hope you have a great rest of the week.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. They always greeted us with a smile & hello. This is our 2nd time staying here & will do it again in the future.
