room was in good condition, but was small. staff were pleasant. On our departure we got stuck in the elevator #2, on the 4th floor for about 15 minutes. that was nerve - wrecking to say the least, Front desk just said "sorry that happened, never happened before"

Good clean no frills hotel. Nothing special but nothing to complain about really. The coffee wasn’t very good but breakfast was average. I would stay again if in the area.

We stay at this Fairfield inn every time we drive through Chattanooga. The staff is always pleasant and helpful and the breakfast is good too.

We stayed in a two queen room. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and shower pressure was great. We were able to sign into our Netflix on the TV, allowing more selection for movies. The property sits on a mountain with a nice view.

When I booked this reservation, the pictures of the property portrayed something different than the reality of the property.
While the building was kept clean, it seems to be in serious need of renovation. I noticed some water damage at the top of the entrance to the lobby, carpet and wall damage in the hallway of our floor. Also I could see some signs of age in the our bathroom, and our bathroom door felt like it was dragging on the floor.

I love that it's close to lookout mountain! Staff are super friendly and helpful! It's a great spot to stay in if your in the Chattanooga area!
