We did not get the king room we reserved. We got to very uncomfortable full size beds. The room had a funky oder. The coffee the next morning at 6:30 had not been made and was cold. Was not a pleasant stay. Will not be going back. Wish I could get at least a partial refund.

Booked the hotel with the intentions of having the spa available. There was a sign on the door that it was not working. When I checked into the room, I had to pick up trash off the floor and throw it out. I asked the front desk three separate times for cleaner due to sticky stains on the tables and headboard. I literally had to clean my own room. Every time a shower was taken, the water just pooled in there and filled the tub up, despite the plug being up. I just looked at my bank statement and apparently they decided to charge $18 a day for parking without my knowledge.
Possibly one of the worst establishments I’ve been too. Only book this if you enjoy driving 8 hours, then having to clean a hotel room and be billed unknowingly. I’d have given it zero stars if it allowed.

The rooms are in need of an upgrade, the rooms are dark, the lighting isn't great, everything just felt cheap, from the bed pillows, to the cheap plastic tub and everything else. The kitchen had no glasses to use. Will never stay at a Staybridge Hotel again.

Great place to stay!
Overall the rooms were nice and clean, a little outdated but still good. Only complaint I had was that the room only had one roll of toilet paper to use, it would be nice to have an extra.
Central to a lot of areas in Chattanooga and easy to walk to them as well.

We loved the layout of our room; not just a large retangle and had a full kitchen, large desk, sofa with foot stools. Not quite "Excellent" only because, even thought it was a good firm bed I would have loved a soft mattress topper (my husband was fine), and the toilet seat needs replacing simply because it was worn.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Very Convenient for Convention Center Business. Room was a little musty, matress was old but overall not bad.

Everything was good just a bit out of date. The pull out couch was apparently extremely uncomfortable as said by my friend who stayed with us, but apart from that the front desk people and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and hard working.
酒店比较老旧，尤其是通铺地毯有潮味，觉得不干净。但它位置很好，停车场大，房间大，服务不错，早餐也不错，因为熟悉，我多次住这家。有一次住了旁边的万豪酒店，虽豪华但房间小，半夜还报了两次火警，性价比太低，体验太差。所以经常住这家。
早餐很棒！但房间和走廊的卫生状况太糟糕了。我不会再住这里了。
