We booked this hotel since we were coming into town for a wedding. It was close to where we needed to be. A pool was part of the hotel description. However, upon arrival the pool was not open due to maintenance issues. Highly disappointing. Additionally, the entire hotel smelled of humidity. The breakfast was ok.

The staff were rude during check in and even when we went to ask general questions during random times throughout the day. The pool didn’t work and I advised the website did not state the pool was not working, they quickly said with attitude it was not their fault since we booked through ******* and they never update their website with any information. We were told of this information after checking in so we could not change our minds of cancelling and looking elsewhere. They advised the next day the pool was going to be fixed and it never was. I believe the manager stated they will clean whatever is in the pool so guests can get in but the pumps will not be on since they do not work (which meant we will be swimming in dirty water). The breakfast was alright, the pancake machine was also not working. The restroom looked like it had mold on the ceiling with the black specks and the bathroom sinks had black between where the sink met with the counter which also looked like mold. Beds looked clean as well as the rest of the room. The tubs have no sort of lining in them which were super slippery and slipped while getting in and during my shower. We bought the insurance in case anything were to happen, if it was not met up to our standards or cancelling last minute and they had no information and said we could not get refunded. Overall their information was a mess and we still stayed but kept to ourselves for four days.

The staff were great, and the hotel was clean there was limited space in the fitness center and the elevator needs some updates.

Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast, however, was bland. The eggs had no real flavor to them and were cold as were the breakfast meats. The coffee was not hot but just warm.

Skip this Hotel
I wanted to share our experience since we are back home from our vacation. We had to change rooms due to the shower not working yet leaking water. Which means if the shower did not work, how was it cleaned? Second was the smell. The halls and rooms smelled like mold. Really bad. Lastly, for the price of the room. It was not up to standards by any means, besides the smell. Everything just seemed really dirty. 10/10 would not recommend.

Convenient location, close enough to where we needed to go. Very clean. Lots of parking. Breakfast was decent. Housekeeping knocked on door every morning at random times asking for our towels, which was a little odd. But overall good place to stay.

Had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was perfect. Disappointed I couldn’t enjoy some music while being in the pool. They have speakers out there but they weren’t working.

The room had a mildew smell and the carpet was very dirty. A bed was also very squeaky and would not let the whole party sleep at night. Shower tub was outdated and stained.
