Clean and quiet. The room heat was on though and it was 91 degrees when we got there. It cooled off with the A/C before we went to sleep though.

Noise from adjoining rooms, TV , & another sounding noise was distracting during sleep times.

Just another overpriced hotel with low class guests and staff. Avoid. Loud. Staff up to General Manager do not care about good guests. Last time staying at an IHG. Motel 6 of Holiday Inn IHG.

The branded IHG HIEx is what we came for, and certainly much is intact (breakfast, comfort, amenities); however, we were surprised to see the age of the property, the rough surroundings like landscape, etc. Reflects how over time this neighborhood has declined. But...the price brought us in, but we will probably look for another location, sadly. HIE is a good brand, but this place could use help. Oh, and one more thing, when people enter or leave their rooms the doors close, no, slam shut so loudly. Not good for sleeping.

Road Trip
Check in was easy and quick. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was helpful with information about dinning places in the area.
