The branded IHG HIEx is what we came for, and certainly much is intact (breakfast, comfort, amenities); however, we were surprised to see the age of the property, the rough surroundings like landscape, etc. Reflects how over time this neighborhood has declined. But...the price brought us in, but we will probably look for another location, sadly. HIE is a good brand, but this place could use help. Oh, and one more thing, when people enter or leave their rooms the doors close, no, slam shut so loudly. Not good for sleeping.

Road Trip
Check in was easy and quick. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was helpful with information about dinning places in the area.

Fabulous
We were quite impressed with the Handicap Accessible room given us, especially the shower with multi functional spray and sturdy built in bench. When no handicap parking was available because all slots were taken, they allowed us to park in the carport. Located right next to Texas Roadhouse and a gas station, where we also had great experiences. Texas hospitality is real Yall. It was refreshing after a long day of travel.

A good stay
The stay was good. My mother and I really enjoyed it. Will stay here again. The breakfast was very good and the hours breakfast was avaliable was very good too. Jocelyn at the front desk was very nice!!!!!

My stay at this hotel was great. The front desk clerk met my every need. Im sorry i didnt get her name because she deserves a raise.

酒店停车场挤满了餐厅顾客，导致实际入住的客人不得不将车停在楼后或其他地方。遗憾的是，酒店尚未采取措施解决这个问题。前台工作人员承认了这个问题，但只是表示晚上11点前会解决。更糟糕的是，酒店没有行李车。如果您不介意拖着行李穿过酒店，那么建议您预订这里。
