They are currently in a remodel which surprised me but wasn't loud or upsetting, very nice and respectful staff

Place is clean but older , seen a roach & heard everthing from the people on top of us . From the toilet flushing to the walking around couldn’t sleep .

The staff were very polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel room was very dated and damaged. The bathroom tiles were broken and I was concerned I might cut my feet. Every time I walked in the bathroom the shards of tile would pop up. There was no soap in the bottles in the shower. The toilet seat was messed up and off centered..so it was a bit awkward to use the toilet. Overall the room seemed a bit dated and smelled. Normally I wouldn’t complain, but the room has over $200 for the night, and I thought it might be better kept for that price.
These complaints aren’t towards the staff, but rather the company or owners.

Construction is happening at the hotel, which is good because it definitely needs updating. Average stay. I liked the size of the room(s).

Not worth the money!
This hotel admits they are under “renovations”… this applies to the outside painting and new facade. I think they use this as an excuse as the inside is out-dated and run down. The hallway carpets are filthy (spilled dry paint and huge stains on floor 2). When we arrived, our room was finishing being “cleaned”… but upon entering, the bathroom had hair all over the floor; the pull out sofa bed still had dirty blankets and sheets; and the fridge still had food from previous vacationers. We went to desk to get clean sheets and told the receptionist how we had found the room… we were given an “I’m sorry about that” and nothing else. They didn’t even have fresh mattress pads for the dirty couch mattress, so we settled by using two bedspreads for covering before we made the bed.
We capped it off with going down to eat the next morning at 9:50, but food was being put up as we walked in. Breakfast ends at 10 so we hurried to try and grab what we could, but the person in charge turned out the lights and covered everything. Yes, it was 10 minutes before service ended, but we had those 10 minutes.
Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere if you want a nice hotel room.

Staff was great and helpful for information about shuttle to baseball games and local attractions. Breakfast was good. Had some painting and construction but didnt bother us, quiet hours were observed during construction. Pillows could use more fluff. Smart tvs in room were nice. Overall a fine experience and would stay again.

This hotel is quite old, and smells like it. It's under construction to update, so it might get better soon, but it's quite old and dirty right now. The meals were quite bad and no one seemed to care much about doing their job well other than Angelica.

When we arrived Friday the room we were assigned the A/C was not cooling properly. The front desk assistant was very kind and went above and beyond to get us into a different room and into a Room that was very comfortable and cool. The breakfast there were one of the best complementary breakfast (Fri/Sat) I have eaten at a hotel.

酒店当时正在施工，预订开始前我们也没有收到任何通知。衣柜的推拉门坏了，每个窗户都装了窗帘，所以完全没有视野和自然采光。早餐结束前一小时，由于食物已经售罄，而且虽然是自助餐，但也不会再补充，所以选择非常有限。我花了将近500美元住了两晚，感觉不值。
超级漂亮的房间，配有厨房、小客厅和独立的卧室。
