Bathroom was outdated, toilet would not flush , hot water was not flowing, bathroom floor cracks , blanket had spots on it , microwave was off, AC unit was too loud , traffic noise was all night long

First let me say, the staff was very friendly and professional-easy check in and out. And the location is great for downtown TAMPA. The rooms, or at least the one I had was very dated, worn and felt "not clean." I think this was a function of the age of the carpet, bathroom fixtures, mattress and pillows etc-- just needs some new items.

The staff at this hotel is the best. I’ve never met a nicer group of staff. They always greet you with a hello and smile, and aim to make your stay a great experience.

The staff were the main stand out, everyone we interacted with from the front desk to the lovely ladies at breakfast were lovely.
The hotel was only a few minute walk down to the riverfront walk and cost around £15 for an Uber from the airport.

地理位置优越，房间干净整洁，早餐丰盛，服务一流，员工非常友好，特别是Sade（发音为sha-day），她热情地为我指路，告诉我镇上各种活动和美食的去处。她还帮我找回了在机场丢失的行李，非常热心。她真是个友善又善良的人。所有功劳都归她（10/10分）！
这家酒店是我住过的万豪酒店里最差的之一。房间的淋浴间破败不堪，浴帘破损，水龙头滴水，水温温吞吞的，淋浴墙开裂磨损，洗手液瓶也坏了。
电梯门禁卡失效，任何人都可以不用门禁卡乘坐电梯。
房间里还有小蟑螂。
总而言之，这家酒店需要翻新和改造。到处都是临时修补的痕迹。
隔壁庭院的万怡酒店维护得很好，设施也很新。
谢谢你对我如此友善，尽管我因为台风而不得不突然改变我的日程。我希望每个人都安全。
有很多动物的皮毛和毛发掉落，让人感觉不舒服。
