Thing is bathroom toilet seat loose and bathroom door handle was very loose one side was gold And the other side silver.

The staff was awesome. Our cruise was delayed 6 hrs and the staff extended our stay twice to accommodate us.

Clean room, clean lobby, friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was good also, plenty of food. My only issue was the loud noise from our AC unit in room.

Disappointed by Lack of Transparency and Flexibility
I typically choose Marriott properties for their reliability and service, and this stay was booked for a church convention. Unfortunately, due to a change in my itinerary, I requested to cancel the third night of my reservation—well over 48 hours in advance. The hotel declined to issue a refund, citing ******* as the reason and claiming their hands were tied.
To clarify the situation, I spent 30 minutes on the phone with *******, during which they contacted the hotel directly. It became clear that the hotel had misrepresented the situation—they simply chose not to release the final night. Had they been honest from the start, I wouldn’t have felt compelled to write this review.
It’s disappointing, especially given the hotel’s convenient location near the airport, which would have made it easy to rebook the room for another guest. I genuinely wish the best for the staff and the property, but I hope they reconsider how they handle similar requests in the future. Transparency and a willingness to accommodate go a long way in building trust.
