Spacious room. Quiet. Nice being able to park outside door. Could use a good dusting. Jacuzzi tub was very slippery as it was covered in baby oil?????

Staff very friendly. Just a few minor things. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner and they must have been training someone on how to make a bed on the second day of our stay. Toilet worked fine but was tippy when rising up from it which I should have brought to their attention. Nice variety for breakfast.

There was not enough food at breakfast by the time we got there we were lucky to get. Coffee
Very noisy and yes we know that the hotel is packed with kids for hockey tournament but that’s not are fault
The manager should not just cater to one style of guest
I paid for a room just the same as the hockey guests
Are time was not enjoyable
This place needs better management
They should be ashamed that there is no control of unruly guests

During periods of high occupancy, such as sport teams staying we do our best to accommodate all of our guests by extending breakfast seating into our lobby and meeting room areas to provide additional space and comfort.
