Booked 2 nights at Defence Raya Golf and Country Club via Agoda, food, and facilities are excellent, but I had to cut my stay short due to the non-cooperative, rude behavior of the male reception staff. They gave me a room above the gym despite quieter options being available, and constant gym noise ruined our stay. On the second day, they made us change rooms, again putting us in a noisy spot even further away. Rooms below #120 are fine, above that... avoid! Complaints were ignored, and despite Agoda clearly stating kids under 12 stay free with breakfast, they tried charging extra for my child. Thankfully, one polite female receptionist helped resolve that, but overall, due to the unprofessional attitude of the male receptionists, I lost trust in the brand. The rest of the staff; housekeeping, restaurant, were all great and professional.

Dates of stay : Feb 13 to 15 - 2023 I have travelled the world & am a life time platinum with Marriott Bonvoy & have also been maintaining Diamond status with Hilton honors for last 6 years through present/2023. I mentioned this ⬆️ because I can compare Raya to other similar properties around the globe based on merit & facts. This was the second time I stayed at this property. Last time was in Dec - 2019 for 3 nights. Raya country club is an extremely clean/tidy property with very nice spacious & comfortable rooms, very cooperative & helpful staff, very nice onsite dinning options & excellent/secure location. Raya is a world class resort & you can’t go wrong by picking this property for your next (or every) stay in Lahore.

工作人员非常粗鲁，没有道德，如何沟通，尤其是工作人员哈菲兹·赛义德 (Hafiz saeed) 的名字，非常无礼的人，与他交谈过几次，但他的态度是一样的，但服务真的很慢，食物质量不好，不会推荐任何人
