非常舒适放松的地方。员工也很友好。

我们走进第一个房间时,里面弥漫着樟脑丸和霉菌的恶臭,我们赶紧跑到楼下换了一间。最后只剩下一间听障房。
第二个房间还行,没什么特别的,也没什么好说的,台面很小,空间狭小。床还可以,枕头不舒服。
对于费尔菲尔德酒店来说,早餐也不尽如人意。负责的女士为了满足客人的需求,确实很努力。
前台工作人员还算不错。他们忙得不可开交,因为电梯在我整个入住期间都坏了。搬着东西上下楼梯真是太麻烦了。
这家酒店不值这个价,应该因为没有电梯带来的不便而打折。
以后我绝对不会再住这里了,也建议其他人也别来。这家酒店确实需要改进。
虽然这家酒店住了一晚,但我印象并不深刻。
一楼的厕所堵塞了。电梯很慢。二楼没有制冰机。清洁人员看起来工作过度,而且很沮丧。
我儿子误留下了一袋脏衣服,我退房后第二天才发现并打电话,却被告知我必须估算一下重量,然后给他们发个标签,让他们把衣服寄给我。
有时候,在生意场上,为了那些你认识的、有可能成为回头客并经常光顾万豪酒店的人,多做点努力是更好的选择。
我们不会再来了。

非常失望
这是我15个月来第四次住在这里,两次热水浴缸要么坏了要么坏了。也许他们应该停止宣传了。5点之前我去前台告诉他们热水浴缸是冷的。前台告诉我,热水是允许范围内的。5点的时候我又把它弄出来了,结果热水几乎和泳池一样冷。我去找经理(他看起来很生气),经理打电话给维修人员,他们只说明天才能修好。如果第一次有人听取我的意见,也许就能修好,这样他们就能让客人满意了。热水浴缸是我花高价住在这里的唯一原因。不会再发生了。从现在起,我所有的客人都会选择这家酒店,离那里2分钟路程的地方。
我们到达时房间没有吸尘。我知道这一点,因为我看到地板上有大颗粒的灰尘。这家酒店需要翻新一下。房间有些地方相当破旧。地毯上有个洞,门也损坏了。早餐区维护得也不好。以后不会再住这里了。
房间里的无线网络坏了!我因为飓风被迫搬离,虽然有优惠券,但到处都满了。所以我很累,就花钱订了一间房,因为我需要工作。因为连不上网络,所以完全浪费了。床上用品和床头柜上也有一些小昆虫,我希望不是臭虫。
