I absolutely loved my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Big Spring, TX! From the moment I walked in, the desk clerk was super nice — welcoming, professional, and made check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well cared for.
I highly recommend this location if you’re passing through or staying in Big Spring — it’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back!

Front desk staff was very friendly. Cleaning seemed as if it was rushed (soap residue in the soap dish; kleenex box cover had spots from spray cleaner on it). Mattress was old (could feel the springs) and very low. I was in a handicapped room (though I did not need that, no problem there). I only mention this because I find it hard to see how a person in a wheel chair would get into and out of that horrible bed. Breakfast was well stocked and area was clean.

One night stay
One night stay while traveling east. The room itself was nice. Shower wasn’t totally clean but not terrible. The mattress seemed worn out and needs to be replaced It was lumpy and squeaked every time I moved. Breakfast was standard.
冰箱坏了，灯也坏了，我们住了三天，早餐有两天都吃不完，我妻子敲了三次厨房门才有人应门，另外还有四个客人在抱怨服务，我们被锁在了房间外面，他们说我们只住了两天，我们得给他们看我们的预订单，维修工人很好，其他人都应该被解雇，我们通常每个月在汉普顿酒店住三天，我们不会再住那里了

非常不开心。由于该地区暴风雨，我们无法完成预订。我尝试在规定的时间内取消预订，但酒店拒绝接受我的取消预订。于是我通过*******重新预订了拉伯克的另一家酒店。如果预订不成功，我跟*******彻底完蛋了！
床很硬，施工噪音大，orbitz 对根本不存在的沙发床进行虚假广告宣传
我的停留时间只有2天。但你睡得很舒服，没有外界的噪音。干净的房间。我没有任何问题。谢谢。
