We loved the coffee that was made by the staff in the breakfast area. The Costa machines that made coffee were not good. Too strong and not very good tasting. Really liked how nice the staff were.

I have bad asthma, so one can’t go by me! But the minute I walked in, i smelled a musty, mildewy, damp smell!! My room had a dehumidifier that was overflowing and wasn’t empty! I started coughing and sneezing and having respiratory issues! They changed my room and I spent the night in a different room, but in the morning i was wheezing and had to leave the hotel! The staff was absolutely wonderful, they tried really hard to help me !! I can’t say enough good things about the kind helpful staff! But unfortunately i can never stay in this hotel again!! The air quality is just awful

Check-in was really smooth thanks to Cleveland! He was great. Property is nice it's pretty much in the center of everything. The bed was extremely comfortable. Not a fan of the shower though, as the doors kept sliding closed

Property was what I would expect from Holiday Inn Express. However, three separate times on our first night, as late as 10:30, there was something beeping. I called the front desk each time and while they said they would check, the third time I was told they didn’t shear anything the last time, almost as if they didn’t believe me. And I had to call on my cell phone because the room phone didn’t work. I received a text the next day from HIE and mentioned it, and it was fixed right away. So thank you!

I was looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay on my road trip to Miami. This Holiday Inn was right off the freeway and easy to check in. It was a great place to get a good nights sleep and even a quick workout in the gym in the morning.
Definitely recommend!

The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. But there were a few things I didn’t quite like. There was an awful smell in the elevator and hallways. The first room I was assigned didn’t smell great, but the second one smelled fine. Also unlike other Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at, the rooms didn’t have a privacy screen that allowed light inside the room. It only had the black out screen. If I had stayed on the first floor, I would have needed the black out curtain down all the time for privacy which is not ideal.

This hotel needs a complete renovation. My feet were black from walking around barefoot as the floors are filthy. The shower is disgusting and needs to be ripped out. There was a dehumidifier in our room that we had to empty the bucket on because it beeped as soon as we checked in. Then at 2:37 AM it beeped again because the bucket was full again and woke us up. At 2:52 AM the toilet started running nonstop and then wouldn’t flush in the morning. Don’t bother staying here.

淋浴间的瓷砖缝里长满了霉菌。我整晚都没法睡觉休息。
我向客服投诉，酒店管理层告诉我，因为我是通过第三方供应商预订的房间，他们无法退款。他们可以提供未来免费入住的机会。我怎么可能还会想再住那里呢？
