First night i was there i realized the shower would back up and not drain properly after about 5 mins with the water running the water would be ankle deep. But i got in late so waited until the next day. Called the front desk to have someone come fix it. After a few hours of waiting and no one showing up i went about my day. ( realized after the do not disturb sign was on) the next day spoke to the front desk and told them. They said they would send someone up immediately. A few hours later no one came. The next day spoke to the front desk and explained everything. Told them its my last day here and ive already showered so i dont care when you do it, just making you aware of it again.

Reception team was not very welcoming. They were often busy doing things in the screen and didn’t even acknowledge us at the counter. Paint in rooms were peeling.

Also note that it is near the airport so you will hear the planes take off and land. It is loud.

Been here before. I love it. The backyard its wonderful and relaxing. Nice large pool. Good size hot tub. The staff is great. The lobby nice and big and many couches and chairs just to also sit and relax. My room was lovely. Looking forward to going back. Thanks Hilton PBI
