The staff was actually really great besides the older lady in the morning. She looked miserable lol the lady preparing the breakfast was so friendly so helpful. The breakfast was actually better than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised.
The room was clean, besides a couple dings and dents and scrapes on the walls and on the floors. It smelt really clean though. There was a hole in the wall where a picture used to be that made me feel really uncomfortable, but whatever.
The outside needs remodeling for sure. There’s Paint patches everywhere. looks like they’re trying to remodel maybe. The outside looks really ran down. The inside was a lot better. Overall, not a bad stay. Would stay again if needed.

办理入住手续快捷方便。工作人员很有礼貌。早餐不错。房间干净。有些地方有灰尘，需要快速擦拭一下，但总体来说，价格合理，住宿体验不错。

一流的入住服务
为我们办理入住手续的女士非常棒。我姐姐那天晚上刚刚去世，她非常富有同情心和关怀，真是太棒了
电视和淋浴喷头都坏了。（我拍了水管坏了的视频）前台说另一个房间漏水……想想看。我被告知第二天下午退房（上午11点）后可以换房间。
周日早上6:15，前台打电话让我换房间。不，我入住的第一晚早上6点就来了！新房间的电视也出了问题，而且在NBA总决赛期间还被切断了。房间钥匙问题，我多次（爬楼梯，电梯非常慢）才到前台，他们甚至不相信我，但亲眼看到问题之后，他们就再也找不到“借口”了。
当时是早上6:30，隔壁房间的客人打开门抱怨我们制造了噪音。这种事不能编！你们“商店”里的拉面或糖果根本无法解决我的不便。
早上7点，距离大楼100英尺的地方开始施工。
如果你需要客房服务，你得主动提出。我住了7晚，什么都没提。我很高兴能回家。
如果一定要说一个优点，那就是早餐还不错。
