Staff was great, at reception and restaurant. Only problem, which is a BIG one (fault of corporate): they do not accept tap to pay (no saved cards, no Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, etc). :/

The front desk staff are terrific. Extremely helpful and professional. We spoke to three of them with special requests and all of them were great. Logan was the only name I remember but his co worker was just as helpful.

Beware of pricey parking fee. Staff was not particularly attentive - pretty obviously just clocking in and not caring. Not a welcoming vibe. Hotel seemed rundown for the cost. Old bathroom in need of renovation - overall an overpriced, tired hotel.

The staff was amazing from start to finish.
The only recommendation I would have is to use less space for the concierge parking and give hotel guests more of an option. I was there for 5 days and had to park very far away from the entrance. Also, the valet is just that a valet only . . . never said can I help you with a bag etc. Having to park far away meant I had to leave my bags at the door go park and come back. I was told by the valet - I am parking only....

Room was comfortable. The pillows were too small to use one, too thick to use 2, but that seems to be the case with all hotels. It was very quiet.
