Everything for the most part was good,the drainage needs more maintenance and shower head should be better ones.

The room was nice & clean, bed was comfy, nice pool & hot tub. Enjoyed having whirlpool tub in room very much. Nicely priced so Will definitely be staying there again. Not happy with the fact that there's no shuttle service.

Room 310 had A LOT of spots on the floors and walls… shower/tub seemed a little old and dingy. Spots on the couch. Just a lot of questionable spots through the room. Looked like vomit spots.

Overall I feel like this hotel was okay. To start with the staff was EXCELLENT. Super friendly and approachable. They were quick with my check in and check out. I literally have no complaints about the staff, they were the best part of the stay. The room was mostly clean. But I feel like the carpet did smell kind of musty. Bathroom was out of date and needs an upgrade. The room was hot when I got in and had a hard time cooling at first. Then I realized that the window has a small gap where the hot air gets in so for the rest of the stay I kept the curtains shut which helped keep the hot air out and allowed the room to get cold. Aside from that everything was good with the room, up until I was leaving. As I was walking out the room, there was a small roach above the door. So that kinda ******. I didn’t complain or say anything at the front desk about anything because I had to leave for work and I didn’t want to cause a fuss. But for sure, the room and elevator need upgrades. The lobby is nice and chic and the cafe was cute.
