I reserved a room with two beds a week before my arrival, but when I checked in, I was informed that the hotel had sold my room. The front desk offered me a room with one bed and a sofa bed instead. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, and the customer service throughout the experience was absolutely horrible.

Stayed for 3 days, the staff were very friendly and accomodating, the air conditioning worked, and the room was clean and neat. The wifi seemed a bit spotty, but it may have been a fluke.

My room was clean and ready when I arrived. It was a very short wait time. The hostess at the front desk, Alicia, was exceptionally nice and professional. The entire staff I encountered were pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was fulfilling and provided several options.

Great 1st Experience at Fairfield.
The stay was exceptionally pleasant. Though only for one night, the room was clean and comfortable. All amenities were in working order, including the ice machine and fitness center. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The sitting area was clean, pleasant, and quiet. Finally, the entire staff was courteous and patient.
We often visit Albany to see family. Fairfield will definitely be our 1st choice of hotels going forward. Thank you.

I enjoyed my overnight stay. The bed was comfy and Netflix access was free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The fitness center was nice too and I was able to get my workout in for the day.

Did not clean rooms and failed to mention that during check in. Very poor selection on breakfast bar
这家酒店总体来说很干净、不错，员工乐于助人、能力强。我们入住期间唯一不满意的是早餐。广告上说有全套热早餐。酒店确实提供全套早餐，但味道就像在加热盘中加热过的解冻食物。咖啡很热，味道很好。我丈夫有天早上吃了冷麦片，他说味道不新鲜。我们整体入住体验不错；但我丈夫可能不会再住在这里，因为早餐令人失望。

这是费尔菲尔德旅馆。没什么特别的。安全区域。不要在高速公路对面的长角牛餐厅吃饭。
房间很暗，灯光不足，厕所不能用。总体来说，酒店靠近一切
早餐很差，晚上很吵。房间干净整洁，但是冰箱要我们自己开，而且只有1个杯子，而不是2个、2个水杯，总之可以更好。
