Room needed some Dee cleaning. Sofa had stains, carpet needed cleaning. Room smelled musty so they changed the air filter and it was better. Didn’t get room cleaned 1 of my 4 days.

Ideal stay after a long day.
A lady and gentleman greeted me with big smiles and a welcome as I walked inside. The lady from Zambia who checked me in provided water and all of the information I needed without me having to ask. And, she seemed as happy as could be. The gentleman located a parking spot for me as the parking lot was under repair and then walked me back safely to the entrance. Cleanliness is VITAL for me and I even requested the cleanest room available and it was!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. There were a couple of things that they could improve on, but it was not a dealbreaker for me. On this day, there were a lot of kids staying here. I think it might have been a team that was visiting and there were a bunch of young boys running all over the hotel. They were loud and disruptive and standing right outside my hotel room. I had to step outside and ask them to please move somewhere else and tell them that they were being loud. I feel like it's up to the property and security to notice these things And examine their cameras and tell hotel guest to keep the noise down. Parents should not have their teenagers running all over a hotel, screaming and making noise like it playground.
Another issue was that the key card stopped working. I had to go back to the desk three times because each time they said they fixed it, it really wasn't fixed. Then I had to wait 15 minutes for a maintenance guy to come upstairs and try and fix the door. He took a little while to get the door open. I don't know why that happened but that should not have happened. The fact that it did happen and I had to make three trips back-and-forth and be locked out the room for over 30 minutes. they should have offered some kind of compensation and at least given me a formal apology for the inconvenience.
The check-in process was not smooth. I booked two reservations via *******. He had a hard time finding the reservations. I had to be the one to locate it for him.

这个酒店的房间非常大,几乎每一个房间都是套房,而且干净程度也比较好,然后他的位置是比较偏的,但是对亚特兰大来说,想要安全舒适,又安静的环境,只能去城市的边郊区这个地方非常的干净和安全,所以我推荐大家来这里。早饭,美式的,不要有任何期待
