I booked a room on the app. Got there and they said no rooms were available. They said they would cancel my reservation and make sure I got the credit back to my card. Still have not gotten a credit.

The breakfast menu was fresh and satisfying. The room door did not close well. I had to pull on it real hard to close it, The shower bar and control handle was loose. The rest of the room amenities were nice.

The bed sheets were dirty and had not been changed. We would not stay again or recommend to anyone. My husband did complain to staff and was told that we would get a call from management. They never bothered to call us.

Hotel was nice. Lobby and welcome area and location were excellent! We really loved how private the location was. Breakfast was excellent for what it was. Hallway to our room smelt like cig smoke and was hot which made us anxious heading to our room. But room didn’t smell and air worked great in room. Floors felt so dirty. The pullout matress was absolutely awful. Hardly could sleep on it, it was that bad so if you’re needing to use it, be prepared they aren’t great and incredibly uncomfortable. Main beds were great although pillows were a bit clumpy. Staff was really helpful and kind! Overall we enjoyed our stay but isn’t 5stars.

Pillows on the beds need to be replaced - very flimsy providing no support at all.

Room was fine, nothing special, definitely dated and a bit tired feeling.

Nice to have a breakfast included but this one was more limited than many other Hampton Inns we've stayed in.

The room temperature was difficult to maintain - was either too hot or too cold the whole time we were there.
