Although we checked in after midnight, the staff was very welcoming. This was a very pleasant experience for us since weve been driving for 10++ hours to get here. The shower couldnt be any more perfect with consistent and clean hot water. Bedding was very comfortable there was a weighted blanket in between the sheets that just tucked you in perfectly and hugged me to sleep. We got up refreshed and ready for breakfast. We were expecting continental but was greeted by amazing smiles from the staff and a great spread of edible items from smoked salmon, to buffet style eggs, grits, bacon, soo many choices. I was able to order orange juice and coffee which the amazing staff once again didnt give me a chance to finish before they brought a refil. Id definitely stay here again on my next trip to visit my friends in Sandy Springs.

I just love this hotel starting the the area, the decor, the staff is always professional, the atmosphere and the rooms are always great. Not sure if I have anything that needs improvement. Keep doing a good job!

Great hotel ! Morgan from from desk was very kind & personable. I door pool & hot-tub were appreciated . Would love an outdoor firepit with outdoor TV in the fall .

这个价格来说，酒店没有任何洗漱用品，而且距离市中心很远。
服务极差 连续弄错我几次预定， 上网收费！
酒店非常棒，前台和客房服务都很周到。下次会再光顾。
孩子们特别喜欢这里的室内泳池，服务人员服务热情周到。
我最喜欢的是酒店的员工。每个人都面带微笑，竭尽全力满足你的所有要求和需求。扎克以及餐厅和星巴克的所有员工都乐于助人、友好热情，总是面带微笑。前台工作人员也非常友好，无论我们有什么需要，他们都会尽力提供帮助。唯一的缺点是浴室淋浴时没有风扇。
