Disappointing that the hotel does not have the breakfast inclusions unlike the other hotels in the area that has buffet breakfast. Also, in our room they only give one bath tissue for 4 people staying, 3 bath towels and no rug nor towels provided for the cold floor. They are understaffed so when you request for those items you have to call for a followup as it would never arrived.
The front desk staffs are amazing and have great attitudes!

窗帘拉不下来，所以晚上我们的窗户里有光。打电话给维修人员，他们对此无能为力……只是说“对不起”。我们的房间外面是其他区域空调的冷凝装置，整夜都在开关。前台工作人员不乐于助人也不友好。
为什么他们只在有 4 名成人客人的房间里放 3 条浴巾和 3 条洗澡用毛巾？为什么您必须在作为付费客人的汽车旅馆/酒店停车？
该酒店地理位置优越，距离经典中心 (The Classic Center) 很近。地理位置优越，适合市中心购物、餐饮。然而，无家可归的人太咄咄逼人了。我和我的家人不止一次被同一个人找到。一个人在酒店的停车场闲逛，另一个人在停车场的楼梯间里睡觉。这对妇女和儿童来说不安全。
在那里工作的人都很棒。酒店停车需额外收费。早餐不包含在房间里，而且很贵。不介意付费，但应该包含在价格中。这不是我对价格较高、全国认可的连锁酒店的期望。

电梯坏了，制冰机坏了。酒店陈旧破旧。
