中规中矩，早餐麦片粥八点左右就没了。其他还好。
酒店不错，就是需要多点肥皂。住得很舒服。前台接待人员非常友好。
假日酒店及套房真的很不错。我在这里住过很多次了，员工都非常友好和出色。床很舒服。泳池和水疗中心很好，热腾腾的早餐也很美味。
前台很有耐心！

令人失望
好吧，我去过很多地方，但这次很令人失望。进房间和游泳池都很困难。向前台要求助理，但觉得我让她帮我服务是在打扰她。她让我们进入泳池区，却没有告诉我们泳池或热水浴缸无法正常使用。然后很难为折叠沙发获得额外的床单和枕头。
我给这家酒店差评的原因是：泳池坏了，暖气也坏了，热水浴缸也坏了，所有设施都坏了，房间很脏，冷得要命，暖和起来也慢得要命。他们还不肯退款，我们住在这里花了不少钱。另外，早餐的阿姨一句英语都不会说，你要是想问她帮忙，她还会摆脸色。所以我去找了个会说两种语言的人，结果她居然说什么都别问，因为她觉得自己很没用。真是无语。我当时就想，你们怎么会雇这种人来酒店工作？太糟糕了！晚上值班的阿姨人还不错，但是洗手池坏了，房间里的纸巾少得可怜。我真后悔选了这家酒店。
