The bathroom was dirty. Bed was ok but noisy neighbors that came in after 2am. I had to park at the gas station by the hotel because people took up 3-4 spots.

For the rates especially the suite the jacuzzi was outdated, the furniture old, dirty looking and hard. Pillows flat and miss matched, not the correct size for king size bed. One of our rooms shower area dirty. This is why i sanatize and bring my cleaning supplies at hotel stays. Also, bring disposable linen. Over all the staff was awesome. Customer service goes along way

To start the girl at the front desk was very helpful when ******* dropped the ball with our reservation. The restrooms were nasty, the plan was for the kids to spend the evening in the pool but due to how dirty the restrooms were we were not gonna risk it in the pool. It’s next to a busy gas station and a liquor store if that tells you anything. Definitely do not recommend for anyone that has kids.

The bedding was dirty...questionable stains on the "clean" bedding. Lipstick and possibly food on the comforter. The tiles in the room on the floor were wiggly.

The only problem encountered was ******* did not send reservation to Comfort Inn. The person checking in behind me had the same issue. Was not impressed with ******* representative that I called to fix it.
Additional problem from assuming checkout time on back of door of 12 noon turned out to be incorrect after receiving a nasty phone call from the front desk informing me ‘to get out of the room’ as checkout time was 11…. Exceedingly rude and will never go to a Comfort Inn again

住得挺好,没什么可抱怨的。早餐也不错。设施确实需要升级了,家具都有破损的地方,也需要重新粉刷了。我个人很喜欢舒适客栈这个品牌,明年还会再来。
就我付的90美元价格来说,房间还不错,但是房间里的扶手椅坏了,毛巾脏兮兮的,而且是折叠的。这意味着他们不洗毛巾,只是折叠而已,而且地毯有股难闻的气味。早餐很不错。
不要期待太多。
房间陈旧,墙上有污渍。房间需要彻底清洁。浴室很脏。唯一的优点是房间宽敞,床很舒服
