The room heating did not work. Worn out furniture in the room. The person who checked us in had a very nonchalant attitude. At time of check in the coffee counter was dirty. Not worth 100 dollar stay.

The staff was very nice. Always greeted with a smile. We did have a problem with our keys working. Had to have them reprogrammed everyday. There was limited parking due to large trucks parked in the very small parking area. Luckily we got back to our room around 6:30PM to grab the last open spots every night. The price was the best part.

My check-in was very easy. The lobby was clean, beautiful accommodating with fresh water, fresh coffee and hot water for tea. My room was absolutely wonderful. I'll return.

I chose this hotel for the hot tub and close to where we needed to be. Before we checked in i asked about the hot tub they said it was working however when we to get in it was not hot nd wouldn't turn on. Got with the front desk they said they would get with the maintenance person in the morning. Next day still not fixed checked again the lady at the front desk got ahold of the manager and was informed that they had been waiting on a part it needs for a while and the don't know when it will be fixed. They just couldn't be honest with me. The room had so much noise from the hwy it was unbearable and the ceiling creaking from the room above us. We asked for a refund and left the hotel it was going to be a 3 day stay. We changed hotels so much better.
The bath and shower had what looked like mold in the edges.

The bathroom was dirty. Bed was ok but noisy neighbors that came in after 2am. I had to park at the gas station by the hotel because people took up 3-4 spots.

For the rates especially the suite the jacuzzi was outdated, the furniture old, dirty looking and hard. Pillows flat and miss matched, not the correct size for king size bed. One of our rooms shower area dirty. This is why i sanatize and bring my cleaning supplies at hotel stays. Also, bring disposable linen. Over all the staff was awesome. Customer service goes along way

住得挺好,没什么可抱怨的。早餐也不错。设施确实需要升级了,家具都有破损的地方,也需要重新粉刷了。我个人很喜欢舒适客栈这个品牌,明年还会再来。
