My room smelled heavily of bleach. So much i had trouble sleeping. Cold. Think blanket. Good restaurant across the road though.

It was a decent stay. Had 3 kids and the wife. Only had 3 pillows and when I asked for 2 more they said they didn’t have.

We absolutely Loved our stay at the Super 8 in Hardisty!! Rooms were spotless and smelled like fresh linen. The King size bed was to die for!!! Omg it was so very comfortable. We went Aug 9th 2024 weekend to sing and play at our friends Birthday Party and what a wonderful experience it was. There was around 6-8 of us and we were all HAPPY with our stay here. Wonderful staff and owners and we were treated like Kings and Queens. The morning coffee was perfect and the continental breakfast was well stocked. Thank you to all of the Lovely people there that took such great care if us all. We will be back!!!!

Our stay was very short but very nice. Rooms were clean, staff was accommodating & the breakfast was the same as any free continental breakfast- well stocked options.

It’s a basic super 8. So that met my expectations. The pillows on the bed are the worst pillows I have ever had in a hotel. So flat might has well not have had one.
Also I feel that this super 8 is expensive for its location.

No towels, small pillows and only two pillows per bed, the syrup in the breakfast area was watered down, they are very cheap on everything to with the hotel, do not stay they very bad experience

We did provide you with three extra sets at your request so please let us know if there is anything more we can do to accommodate.Our breakfast items are never altered and purchased from a supplier. We did not realize you were unhappy with your experience as our team went above and beyond specifically for your family to serve breakfast until 10:30am when it is usually closed down at 9:00am. We are very saddened to hear your experience was not what you expected. Please allow us a chance to make it right by reaching out to us to discuss this matter further.
