酒店回复: We apologize for the inconvenience of your stay. We did have a plumbing issue, but the water was only turned off for an hour. The plumbers had to turn the water off for guest kept flushing the toilet or taking showers when they had to open a pipe to unclogged it and water would pour out. Once they turned the water off, they were able to unclog the pipe which they found a hand towel down the drain plus wipes that guest used.

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was actually very good. Nice assortment of food and the kitchen staff were very present, making sure there was always plenty for everyone.
My main issue was with the room itself. The hotel apparently was updated in 2024. Usually hotels will have the bathroom either to the left or to the right when you walk into the room. Here, you walk into the room, the bathroom faces the room. A barn door replaces a traditional door. The problem is that it gives little privacy to those using the bathroom and will wake up the other person in the room every time you open the door. Terrible design. The room doesn't have dressers.On the far wall of the room there is a horizontal type area to hang clothes and a shelf above that I suppose you are to place folded clothing items. The room felt quite small even just for the 2 of us. I cannot imagine a family of even 4 being comfortable. It was clean,but I've stayed in places that seemed cleaner.
50% chance that I would stay here again. The price was good.

房间很旧，还有一些虫子。他们说有游泳池，但又说一年有半年都关闭。
如果可以给负分，我肯定会给。我入住的酒店漏水，水流很大，5个小时都不能洗澡，马桶也冲不上。然后，你打电话给前台，客服态度也很差；你打电话给汉普顿客服，客服态度也很差，而且根本没人帮忙。千万别来这家酒店，他们还说没有宠物区，结果还得带狗狗去没有灯光的树林里遛。
脏乱差，臭气熏天。太令人失望了。马桶从墙上掉下来了。我和女儿预订了两晚，第一天早上就离开了，去了另一家酒店。我以为这家酒店最近翻新过……结果不是。浴室墙纸剥落，地毯脏兮兮的，水槽上有头发，淋浴间也很脏。我绝对不会推荐这家酒店。
就这价格来说，住宿体验并不好，也难忘。房间不是无烟房，而且有异味，不适合家庭入住。淋浴水压低，空调噪音不断。真不知道*******怎么会给这家酒店8分以上。
卫生状况差，浴室老旧破损，地毯和沙发上到处都是污渍。
电视画质差。
价格合理。房间里有一股很浓的气味，我没法辨认。咖啡不错。位置也很好。
