The staff were all extremely friendly. We were a little concerned as there was a huge youth hockey tournament!! The Hotel really knew how to handle it!! Never heard a thing. Will definitely be back.

I didn't stay there. They cancelled my reservation and gave it to someone. Really pissed. No one told me so I had to find a local dive to stay.

Not a bad spot, the television in my room you had to actually bend the cord for their little digital media player to get anything to work. And they have construction going on when I stayed, and the painters were not concerned about moving out of the way when people were leaving with their luggage. Might’ve been a barrier might’ve been they just didn’t care.

The room that I booked wasn’t available, I was given the lowest room instead.
The hotel restaurant was under construction and the sauna was out of service. These were two key factors in choosing this location

We were there for two nights and during our two nights we had no television. This was during the Toronto Blue Jays playoffs and we could not watch any of the games in our room. Instead, we had to go across the street to a bar and of course, spend money to be able to sit there and watch the game Not impressed

我以前很喜欢温水泳池，但这次水温很冷。
我们的房间很漂亮，但浴室的台面太小了。显然还有扩大的空间。
除入口外，其他出口的清洁度都有些不足。浴室水槽安装歪了，没法放东西。毛巾架很容易掉下来。房间其他部分还行。
早餐选择不多。必须在早上8点前到达才能享用所有食物（之后空盘子就不补了）。房间很宽敞，但空调噪音很大。
