We were there for two nights and during our two nights we had no television. This was during the Toronto Blue Jays playoffs and we could not watch any of the games in our room. Instead, we had to go across the street to a bar and of course, spend money to be able to sit there and watch the game Not impressed

The hotel is nice! but Expedia.ca had terrible mistake that forgot to send the booking to hotel. And when I arrived hotel it took 75 minutes to settle my booking. it's totally unacceptable for the service of *******. hope it won't happen in the future!

Nasty clerk
Clerk was a very unking guy, arguing with family on the phone, swearing, no appropriate, got the wrong room at first, had to go back down and get redirected to our proper reserved room, then when our son came, the clerk did not get him served right away, but had to listen to him curse, not good

Room was extremely dirty. Hair all over the bed, bathroom, bathtub had brown stains. Tv did not work.
Was given the wrong room than what I had reserved.
Extremely noisy at night with kids running around the halls.
Breakfast space felt dirty as well, very limited options.
Not enough staff on-site.
I would not come back here…

It was fine. Your breakfast though needs improvement sausages were so hard nobody could chew them and I think your eggs were instant not great at all.

We were not happy that the tv didn’t work and the ref refused to give us a discount or anything so we had no tv at all
很棒的干净住宿
除入口外，其他出口的清洁度都有些不足。浴室水槽安装歪了，没法放东西。毛巾架很容易掉下来。房间其他部分还行。
早餐选择不多。必须在早上8点前到达才能享用所有食物（之后空盘子就不补了）。房间很宽敞，但空调噪音很大。
